It is always difficult when an AC goes down in Louisiana. Technician complete competence and fixed the issue quickly.

Jack was my technician and he did amazing. Was very sweet and came out multiple times even though u was having trouble getting my electric turned on. Truly a heaven sent. You should request jack patterson if you need someone to come out!

On a Saturday evening my Ac unit began to blow warm air, so I called Butchers Air condition I knew it was after hours and that I would have to pay more and that was ok because I had family coming in from out of town. The technician expressed that he would rather come in the morning, but I told him I thought you were 24/7. If he didn't want to do the work maybe they could send someone else. He came out and to make a long story short fixed the Ac unit that only worked for 30 minutes after he had gone. I called back and when the technician called me back he expressed to me what the real problem was and that my unit was old and needed to be replaced. He said a salesmen would call me in the morning. Well I did better than that I called a small local company who came out and found out that I did have warranty replaced the part and got my unit running again, also found out that I did have a leak and that part was on warranty to. They had to order the part and will be there to replace it this week. I spent almost $600 with Butcher Air Conditioning for 30 mins of air and less than half that amount and have air. I believe I charged for replacing a thermostat when that was not the issue. The issue was the outside fan that the technician knew about and chose to put it on my receipt. Instead of fixing the problem. I will never use this company again. And i will advise anyone who use them to always get a second opinion before going spend thousands of dollars on a new unit when you might not even need one.

Ran into a employee name Randy today at a convenience store had questions about ac/heat he was very nice and knowledgeable and took his time to give me a card. I will be using this business in the future.

Wow, a big thank you to Butcher! We suddenly smelled a burning smell coming from our AC. I called Butcher and they were here 2.5 hours later. Treg spent an hour up in my hot attic and fixed the problem! We were only charged for a service call, nothing more. Very happy!
