Tim did a great job fixing my treadmill. It was making a creaking noise, and the manufacturer sent out some parts and a tech from another company. Long story short, the other tech bounced on the treadmill a few times, then told me that all I needed to do was buy a mat and make sure it was level. Not super helpful. I called the manufacturer back, and they sent more parts and connected me with Busted Fitness. What a difference a competent tech makes!

Tim arrived, had me test the treadmill, and within minutes identified the problem. As it turned out, he didn't need any of the parts that were sent over. The issues were a couple of loose bolts and some joints that needed greasing. He explained why this happened clearly, tested the treadmill and even recommended a product to use if the creaking came back.
