Awesome place beautiful rooms and great breakfast. Employees were super nice too and helpful.

We booked several rooms for my team to attend the Burlington Dragon Boat Festival. With a large group, not everyone can be satisfied. BUT this time, there was not a single complaint!
Staff really went the extra mile for us, as we had an early start for a race on Saturday and they opened the breakfast room early just to accommodate us. A rare thing these days, as understaffing usually cuts back on service. A mid-priced hotel with five-star hotel service. What could be better? I have become very brand loyal.

My room was ready at my arrival. Great large rooms, with large bathrooms. Clean and friendly. Breakfast bar in the morning with fresh coffee.

Great place to stay the rooms are excellent clean clean big spacious No noise it has a pool Indoor Huge walkin shower

Checked in on Thanksgiving Day to a 40 Degree room. The heat was OBVIOUSLY DISABLED, it was unplugged and there was a small electric space heater (Which we turned on Immediately). Staff needed to be convinced that the room was too cold, and after checking it out (Not believing our word) they moved us to a room next to the 24 Hour Indoor Pool. Aslo near a back door with the Dumpsters outside our GROUND-Level window. (Which did not lock). So we stayed 2 Nights in this totally insecure room with sounds outside our door

I recently took my wife to the Burlington area for her birthday. We were greeted by a very friendly, informative and professional Manager Aaron M. She gave us some great suggestions from where to eat to where to take a nice nature walk.

I am in the service industry and if we lived closer I would whisk her away from you! She should be training others on how to be a good manager !
