Dr. Orloff, Gema and Michelle are who I primarily interacted with, but everyone in the office was wonderful in all aspects of the process of my procedure.

I felt my needs were beyond the basic, so I decided to meet with Dr. Orloff for my consultation. As a very modest person, Gema and Dr. Orloff made me feel as comfortable as possible when "putting it all out there" to discuss. Both listened to my history, and he was thoughtful with his observations, and recommendations. They took the time to answer as many questions as I could come up with! These included before, during and after the procedure. Gema was clear with my pre-op information, and answered additional questions that I had via email after my consultation.

On the day of the surgery saying I was nervous doesn't even describe it. The surgical team was great though, distracting me with conversation while prepping and ultimately taking me into the operating room. They recommended that I do lymphatic massage after surgery, and I was really nervous about it so I didn't start that until more then a week after. Now that I have done it, I wish I had done it sooner. Ask them more about this! I was afraid of how painful it would be, but it wasn't at all. Michelle worked with me to schedule a series. She was the masseuse and we talked the entire time like we were long time girlfriends. She is also very complementary and really cheers you on in recovery. The massage was relaxing and helpful for my healing and swelling. I can't recommend this additional piece to recovery enough, do it early and often. When I got home for surgery, I figured out where I was going to be. I started in bed, but when I woke up from a nap - I couldn't get up, so I moved to another location for about a week before trying to lay down in bed again. If you follow the guidelines, the pain for me was really not that bad. The hardest part was the up and down to go to the bathroom and waiting a week to shower!

After surgery you should wear a compression garment for what will seem like a lifetime! Do it! It's worth it even though it's not that comfortable. (in my opinion) This is one thing that I would consider when choosing when to do you surgery. I didn't realize, or ask the question before surgery about how long this would last. Each patient, and each procedure are different, but ask this question in your consultation. I did my surgery in the middle of the summer, and wearing the compression garment the rest of the summer was a huge bummer for me. I get hot easily and this didn't help. Wearing shorts out in public with the type I needed to wear, but having it not show just wasn't going to happen. Let's be real, it's not the end of the world, but if I was gonna tell my story, I wanted to be honest. Ask about recovering and what that means for you, how long it will take so you can plan for yourself.

I promise, I'll wrap this up soon. I'm now at my 6 month mark! I feel great, I have had many compliments from friends who haven't seen me since the pandemic started and I'm extremely happy that I did this. I spent nearly 40 years with scars that kept me from feeling like I could really be myself. Dr. Orloff was able to reduce those old scars, and give me the confidence that I always wish I had. I look forward to continuing to watch my new scars fade more and more and seeing what the long term results are.

Dr. Orloff and staff are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend. He even came in on the weekend for me when I called.

After years of my wife having breathing problems and self image issues regarding her nose. I started to look for a plastic surgeon. After months of looking we settled on Dr. Orloff. When we arrived Michelle greeted us. Took some pictures , then the doctor walked in put us at ease came off as a real compassionate person. Never once told us what he thought was wrong. But addressed the issues that were mentioned. I loved this as we had seen another doctor some years back and was pointing out every flaw he thought he saw. The surgery when off with no issues. The aftercare was simply amazing with multiple follow-up and numerous calls or text. They were always there every step of the way. As for the results they were just perfect he was able to shape her nose in such a way that 99% of people including her family had no idea. Most people that did notice couldn't place what was different (I think it was the confidence). Not even her family noticed when she saw them 2 and half weeks later. I am 4 months into my rhinoplasty and I was more than anxious to undergo surgery. I am 18 years old and I am amazed at what Dr. Orloff and his staff created. They made me feel very comfortable and explained step by step what was needed to be done.

My parents and I visited a few people before Dr. Orloff and each was different. Different ideas and creations for my look. I loved what Dr.Orloff created and I still do. I go in for checkups once a month. After my surgery, I had no pain. I didn't take one pain medication, even though it was prescribed, I only took my antibiotics. Every morning for one week his staff member Rebecca would call me and check up on me.

The one thing I love about their work is how clean it is, how clean and genuine the people there are. Overall I would recommend anyone to Dr.Orloff. He's an amazing surgeon and I don't regret a thing.

First off, let me start by saying Dr. Orloff is amazing! He is definitely the best! I trusted him the moment I met him. He answered all my questions and concerns i had and just made me feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, detailed, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients.

His team is just as great! From beginning to end they made this experience so much easier and pleasant for me. Gema has been my main contact person and has been supportive, and available. Gema has been a big part of my journey and she helped me make this into a reality. Making herself available 24/7 to answer my questions!!! I had Breast augmentation, breast lift, lipo and tummy tuck all at once. And after a procedure having access to your surgeon and his staff is very very important! I am beyond happy and in love with my results! I am 3 weeks postop and I feel and look amazing! I feel very very lucky I had him as my surgeon! I am forever grateful for this life changing experience. I wouldn't have picked anyone else to do this. My sister came here about 9 years ago, recommended me to come here for my first surgery being my breast augmentation, 10/10 would recommend!!!! Post op almost 2 weeks I LOVE my results as well do my friends/family! It fits perfect with my body which was my goal since I'm petite! Dr. Orloff is an artist! He was recommended to me by a friend whose mother had a very successful face/necklift last year in her 80's (!). And she came all the way from Laguna to Burbank! From the moment I walked past the calming fountain, into the Tuscan colored offices, I knew I was in good hands -- someone with a good eye for aesthetics and with taste.

Dr. Orloff was the third doctor I had a consultation with, his website offered a "mini facelift" which was more in line with what I wanted. I wanted to lift my jawline and look like my younger self, not like some else, not like a BH housewife. I met with him in July (yes, during Covid) and by August I was having my lift (all with very safe protocols). What better time to have a facelift than when you can hide under a mask! He performs the procedure in his offices (a surgical center), under general anesthesia. So easy. I checked in at 7:30 am, and by 1 pm I was heading home with prescribed vitamins and pain killers. I only needed one. Next day, I came back to have the drains removed; and 7 days later to have the stitches around my ears removed. The hard part was sleeping propped up for a week, not putting weight on my ears. Neck pillows (u-shaped) really help.

In addition to the mini lift, he also suggested fat injections, harvesting my own fat from my hips (liposuction bonus!) and balancing my face. He is very passionate about improving the contour of the face with fat injections, and it definitely evened things out for a very natural look. The bruising and swelling was minimal. After 10 days, I met friends for dinner outdoors and I looked 90% back to normal --I only had a big bruise on my chin to hide (with my mask). They both repeated how great I looked. After 3 weeks, all swelling and bruising was gone and I could exercise again. The incision under my chin is taking time to heal (it's a white ridge after 5 weeks, still healing) – this is where he did the neck lift from. Apparently, he did a little extra work there, no more sagging or cords dangling. It looks great!

I am completely happy with the results, no regrets. The best compliment I got was from my 37 year old daughter who said "It looks like you walked into a time machine and I'm looking at your face from 20 years ago!". I'm 62, but apparently look 42 ?? Exactly what I wanted.

PS – I would say the only negative is the quality of before/after photos. Take your own!

Dr. Orloff is an amazing surgeon! I had a breast revision surgery, and the results were perfect. In the first consultation, he was informative and honest in letting me know how to achieve my desired look. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth, and I barely had any pain afterward. I would highly recommend Dr. Orloff for any plastic surgery procedure. Also huge thank you to the kind staff!

Went in for a rhinoplasty with Dr.Orloff! Results are amazing came out better then the 3D image in my consultation which was good as well! Couldn't get better than this! He made it a comforting experience and best part about it was the results where astonishing! He takes pride in his work from what I see!
