Builders Fence And Deck

I thought that with the price I was paying I would not get a headache. I was wrong! The measuraments were done wrong, the crew never scheduled the installation and I got a call that because of the rain they did not knwo when they would come. They call last minute to say they were coming, luckly my brother in law was there because the crew did not knwo what to do, they measure wrong and were putting fencing my sprinkle system out, so I would not get any water. The measurements were so wrong that the material was not enough so they could not finish the fence. it took them ove ra month to finish because they had to order more material. When I call the staff is rude, the installation manager needs some training on how to treat a customer. he was rude and did not care. Never call me to tell me when the material will arrive to finish the fence. They came unannounce to finish it. Then started calling me right away for the payment, no body came to do an inspection tomake sure it was done right but he kept calling me about getting the last payment. I got calls, emails, bill but none with an acknowledgement that they did anything wrong but demanding the payment. Then the guys calls me and threatens me that he is putting a lien on my house. All I wanted was acknowledgement they did something wrong and someone nice, but he was rude. NEVER USE THEM. more if you are a woman!

Awesome company. They installed our fence and we are hiring them to build a screened porch and new deck on our home. Great people to work with.
