Is this really how you treat repeat customers?

Wife and I purchased 2 new cars from Buerkle, an '09 CRV and '10 Civic. A couple weeks ago, the plastic case on my Civic's key snapped as I was turning the ignition - nothing excessive, just broke trying to start the car. Called the dealership, told me it to come in and they'd take care of it. Sounds pretty simple, right?

Wife takes key in to get it fixed and Alan the Parts Manager looks at the key for 30 seconds, then proceeds to tell her that he can "prove" the damage was our fault stemming from abnormal abuse, then refuses to replace it. The car is still under the 3-year/36k bumper-to-bumper warranty, but apparently Buerkle has discretion on what is included and what's not. Glad to see that the $40,000 we've spent at your dealership has bought us some top-notch service.

Takeaway from this review: car dealerships are sleazy, that's a given. However, it'd be reasonable to expect respectful service from a dealership where you've purchased multiple cars. Unfortunately, this isn't the case with Buerkle Honda.

My wife and I went looking for a vehicle to replace her old car; this was our first trip to a Honda dealer, and the first 'new' vehicle for either of us. Josh was great, he answered all our questions and knew the selection of vehicles inside and out. He walked us through the process step by step and made it super easy. The time we spent with Josh was a learning experience as opposed to a pushy sales pitch. He pointed out all the features to the vehicles, as well as addressed any concerns we may have had about anything. HE actually listened to us and what we were looking for, he even honestly answered questions about comparable vehicles from other manufacturers. Since he has worked for other dealers in the past we felt he had a true and accurate knowledge of the different vehicles out there, not just Hondas. He clearly enjoys cars and enjoys what he does, he was very excited about the Honda name and the product they sell. Given that level of excitement and enthusiasm, coupled with his obvious knowledge of the cars on the lot, we felt comfortable buying from him. He made the entire process easy and simple, he even tracked down the right color that we wanted. So far we are very happy with our brand new CR-V. Overall, our experience with Josh was a 10 out of 10. When we are in the market to replace our other vehicle we won't hesitate to go back to Josh!

My Wife and I had the most wonderful SUV buying experience with this dealership and its staff. Our sales rep, Paulo Neish, was quite knowledgeable about all Honda vehicles, shared his personal experience with his own Honda vehicles and provided a pressure-free environment for my Wife & I to come to a conclusion on the best vehicle choice for us. He was in continual contact with us, responsive to our questions and requests and we really grew to trust that he had our best interests in mind throughout the entire purchase process. We were completely pleased by the way he worked with us from beginning to end. As a first-time Honda buying family, he was able to earn our trust and without a doubt we'll be back to do business with him in the future.

We were also in contact with Matt Stenstrom (Sales Manager) and Scott Bohnen (Finance) during our purchase. Matt provided added support to Paulo when a second opinion was welcomed during the purchase process. Matt was courteous and provided a second opinion that remained objective and helpful. Scott provided guidance during the financing process and offered additional services (extended warranty, etc.) without pressuring us to go in a direction we weren't completely comfortable with.

We were extremely pleased with our Honda Buerkle experience. We look forward to working with ONLY this dealership in the future. In a world of countless vehicle purchasing options, this is the highest compliment we can give them...our return business for all our future vehicle needs.

This is the second Honda Accord I bought from Paulo Neish @ Buerkle Honda. He is helpful, friendly and an overall pleasure to deal with. I would definately buy my next Honda from him aswell. He was not the closest Honda dealer to my home and work but he was the best.

Chang is absolutely Grrrrrreat!!! He came in early and provide us with excellent customer service. He was very clear with the details of a new car purchase and provided quick and honest answers! I would recommend this dealership and Chang Her to anyone who is looking into a new/used car purchase.
