Brett was awesome. He was very responsive and professional. We met, visited the unit, went over the terms and conditions, and walked through the gate opening procedures. I highly recommend Budget storage.

Full marks for this storage facility. Really have had no problems at all renting from here for over 3 years now. I live just outside Columbus proper and this facility has gotten me through 2 apartment moves and now houses my inventory for a small business. Called management last year for an extra unit. They were very kind and even got me another unit close to my original! Makes the frequent trips easy. Never an incident with leaks, climate, or theft. Highly recommended.

Great service! Needed a space in a hurry and they were more than accommodating. Fair pricing and upfront about everything. They made the move in really easy also. They have a truck and a guy that helped me move all my stuff that was a great price too. Would highly recommend.

Very good experience renting a storage unit here. Bret was very helpful and accommodating. Location is good. They even will hook you up with moving help. Very happy with decision to use them.
