Budget Lawn Care

Dont choose this place! Money be taken with no service. If I could give 0 stars to any place, it would be this one. For the past 2-3 months, over $300 was taken out of my account, but my lawn wasn't mowed. I have been so busy that I realized it last week. When I called to ask why, they stated that if the leaves are on the property, they will not mow.. okay, fine, but when I asked why didn't yall lmk cause over $100 every month has been taken out of my bank. The girl stated we are non-contact company well, okay.. why didn't you get an email about it? They send me my statement every month. I'm a first-time home owner, I understand there are things that idk, but why not tell the person? They basically took the money out and did NO WORK! I asked for some $$ back, but they said they don't do that, but they can come mow my lawn WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGE! I don't want to be this person who complains but I think this I where we need to complain. How bad are the values of this company that you just take peoples hard earned money and give no service.. I should've been informed via call, text, or email to pick up my leaves because there are an additional charge, and I would've picked them up.. but now my lawn hasn't been mowed for 3 months almost, but $300 was charged for 'Service'

Does 2 yards for me excellent work

This company is GREAT! After years of haggling with different lawn maintenance groups trying to upsell services and having to get cash or leave checks, it’s been wonderful to get great lawn care with the convenience of online auto-payment. The workers are friendly and do a great job, and the customer service by email is kind and responsive. Hard to believe we’re getting this kind of service and convenience for such a reasonable rate.

I’ve been a happy customer of Budget Lawn Care for two years, and feel very confident recommending them.

Quick edit - after seeing negative reviews regarding customer service, I have to share this experience: our internet cord was a accidentally cut by a weedwhacker. When I notified the office by email that this happened, they apologized and asked for a photo of the damage and the subsequent bill for the repair. Once I sent the documentation, they the credited my account to cover the repair fee. Easy peasy.

I feel obligated to leave this company a review. I've been with them since 2017. Over the years I've had a number of special requests. And, because I don't like the lawn mowed while it's wet (due to fungal problems and allergies), and because I do my own (expensive) weed and insect treatments, I've had to make a lot of cancellations to work with the weather. They've always been very polite and accommodating. The times that I've had to make special requests, the crew doesn't *always* follow the instructions, but I can tell based on the times that they do, that they've at least received the note. I do wish that they had some sort of online portal for customers to manage their service and cancellations, but I've always gotten prompt replies when emailing.. typically within a couple of hours.

The crew works very hard and I appreciate the work they do, especially in the blistering hot summers. Some improvements could be made with communication of customer requests, but for the most part I haven't had too many issues. There has been a little trouble with minor damage to gutter downspouts and some nicks in the fence, but nothing too major. I understand they work fast and have a lot of lawns to mow and accidents happen.

Overall I've been happy with the service and I thank the company and crew for the job they do and willingness to work with the customer.

Very bad company. They finish work and don’t say anything then send a bill months later saying to pay this. When I know a couple of times they came out and I refused service. The owner is very unprofessional as he keep texting me asking where is my money at. Instead of trying to figure out what’s going on. Do not I repeat do not use this company

This company does a great job of caring for my lawn. They are quick, efficient and thorough, and the prices are very reasonable. A great company if you’re seeking someone to care for your yard!
