The first belt was beautiful full grain leather that looked like full grain, the second (a few months later) was absolutely smooth and yes, I know leather is a natural material but even so I expect to see some grain in it. Just to really irritate me though was the copy paste response when I queried the difference. Not impressed. Will try somewhere else next time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! First time writing a negative review but I am so frustrated having been fobbed off by their customer service as they don’t accept returns. They don't seem to put any of these negative reviews on their website!! I now have a substandard belt, that was pretty expensive that they won’t let me return it as they say it’s made to measure. However this is really not made obvious on their website. I would never have bought it otherwise. BE WARNED.

Giving 2 stars because the belt was the right size and the quality seems to be good so far. However, I didn't get the color belt that I ordered. after going back and forth with someone in their customer service team and I'm provided photos of the belt received and the color of the belt in the confirmation order they stopped responding. I didn't ask for anything, I just wanted to see if they would attempt to do the right thing, but instead they basically said I was lying

The general quailty seemd ok! But i would advise not to buy a made to measure belt as a gift because you cannot return it which is dissappointing as the gift i brought is destined for bin unfortunately

I placed a large order with BuckleMyBelt last year that was several hundred dollars and they processed about 90% of the order. A few of the belts they sent were the wrong color, and there were other belts that I paid for that were not in stock (I was told this after I placed the order). I was repeatedly assured that they would send the missing belts when they got them back in stock, but they never did. I was also told that they were "changing workshops", and that was a reason for part of the delay. It has been over a year now, they never fixed the order, and they simply stopped returning messages. Because it has been a year since the initial order, I did request a refund for the missing items that were not sent, and they never responded to those messages either. They just kept my money and disappeared. Perhaps other customers have had a good experience with this company, but these guys are shady, dishonest and impolite from my experience. Basically, it was flat-out theft. My advice... stay away, and find a more polite and honest company from which to purchase your belts.

Buckle my belt did a fantastic job of making me a pirate belt and shoulder strap with rivets and D rings as extra's it looks great! Jason was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble I am really pleased with the result ???? ????
