At Buchalla's, we individually package every part that enters our warehouse. We then scan every part on your order twice during the fulfillment process, once when it is picked and again when your order is being boxed for shipping. This duplicate scanning virtually eliminates fulfillment errors.

At Buchalla's, we accept all new, un-installed, re-saleable parts for a full refund, excluding shipping, please see our refunds/returns policy for more information.  We do not make you accept store credit. Compare that with our competition.

We stock tens of thousands of parts and we order and receive parts daily. This means that we likely stock the parts you need, when you need them, and if we don't, will order them quickly, keeping downtime to a minimum.  The result is a shorter time from when you order to when you receive your parts.

We strive for long term relationships with our customers/friends by also providing an expert preventative maintenance program for your purchases.
