I went in looking for an suv with 3rd row seating as I have 4 kids. James showed us a GMC Acadia that was fully loaded, when he told us the payments, I let him know it was out of my price range. Not only was he able to work with financing to bring my monthly payments down but they gave me over the value of my car I was trading in so it would be paid off. He was really friendly and helpful. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he found someone who was able to help. We had a quick and easy car buying experience thanks to this company. Thank you!

Recently bought a used car here. Took about 3-4 weeks to get through service when we were told 1, then within the first week started having issues with the battery dying. Have tracked it down to a faulty alternator. Called to ask them to replace it, as it should be checked during their "126 point inspection" but they said the only information they had was that the inspection was completed, therefore they are not going to do anything at this time. They never mentioned having any record of the actual alternator/battery testing, just that they completed their inspection.

Granted, I didn't buy a warranty, but this car was definitely sold to me with a faulty alternator. Lesson learned, don't trust this service department and have your own mechanic check out the car. Also not the biggest repair, but just shows the lack of care, and it's been a huge inconvenience to try and get this car up and running.

Sales and financing staff were fine, but the service department seems to be a mess.
