My salesman was fantastic! He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! My financing was great he was a pleasure to deal with. But somewhere between my payoff for my trade in and my loan approximately $700 was missing. I was due a return of approximately 700 and received $22. I would have brought this up to them but I set the card that it’s returned on away for a vacation I had planned and just recently (8 months later)looked at the balance.

The team at Brunswick Subaru were friendly and helpful with my new car purchase. Being a recent widow, I was somewhat intimidated with the process. They treated me fairly with my trade in and explained thoroughly the features on my new Crosstrek.

From start to finish I was impressed with the way Ray Hanini took care of me while purchasing a 2025 Forester. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Ray made my purchase so smooth and painless. The car was delivered absolutely clean and spotless and with a full tank of gas. I am in love with my Forester.

I have owned my Forester for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It is extremely responsive and I really enjoy driving it. My Subaru has so many safety features and amenities.

From the moment we pulled up onto the sales lot we had people asking if we could be helped. Our salesperson Janice was great. She greated us and asked what we were looking for and features on this vehicle. We were looking at an Outback and she went and got the keys, filled it with gas and asked us to take it on a test drive. When we got back Janice asked how our ride was. We told her we loved it. We bought the car. Janice took care of everything. She explained all of the features and asked what questions we had. Our experience with Brunswick Subaru was great! We highly recommend shopping for a Subaru here.

Company does not have the common decency to pick up a phone. Constant bouncing around until eventually line disconnected. Voicemails unanswered. Cannot get a clear answer on warranty questions. Incredibly frustrating experience.

Service department is great. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had a recent service appointment at 9:30 am to get a recall taken care of and a fix for my new Outback which drops every call after about two minutes. The service man said it would take about an hour and a half. I said fine I would wait. At 12 o’clock I had heard nothing and went looking for an answer. Another service man went to check on my car, he said it was ready and started paper work, then said I would have to come back nothing was fixed! The computer didn’t download something. So they didn’t know for almost three hours nothing was working? Someone could have at least informed me earlier. Service could not have been worse and I am supposed to go back to that dealership!! Furthermore they knew when they sold me the car there was a problem with dropping calls, why wasn’t it fixed then. Terribly disappointed in Brunswick. The only positive was my dealing with Courtney when buying my Subaru! I probably won’t return there for service.
