Was happy with the purchase of this BRAND NEW Carnival only to see that one of the roof rack track covers is missing. If it WAS there, then poor craftsmanship must allowed it to blow it off. Went to this dealer to see a vehicle that I seen on their website. I wanted to test drive a vehicle but the guy I spoke to discouraged me by showing me the crazy markup of $5k on the vehicle. Absolutely horrible customer service/service in general. Our 2013 Kia Sorento had a recalled engine and started to catch fire, we brought it into the dealership in late June and just got it back this week. During this time they replaced the engine however they were terrible at communicating and the only way we got any updates or answers to our questions was if we went in and asked to speak to someone. When we finally got our car back, we quickly realized they broke the a/c, and entire stereo system, including the center screen, isn't working at all. All of that was working perfectly fine before we brought it in. We called them to let them know and they told us it isn't their fault, it's our problem and they won't do anything about it.Report
