Browning Mazda

I went for an oil change and carbon air filter change. Months later I found out by a different Mazda dealer that the filter was never changed. I don't even know if they changed the oil . Good thing that I didn't have to change the motor. After many attempts to talk to a manager, I was able to talk an advisor. All they said was that their not perfect. I wont be bringing my vehicle here any more. To me this was Fraud.

Back in '91 I saw a picture in the newspaper (for you millennials, that's a periodical publication containing written information about current events), a picture of the maiden Mazda Miata. I fell in love and vowed to make it my own. Only reason I've come to know the existence of Browning Mazda. Bought my third Miata here in 2011 and months ago bought my wife a new CX-5. Both experiences ran smooth and got good deals.

I've also had my Miata serviced here over the years. Some were good, some not. Needed to have tire changed so called a week ahead to schedule appointment and make sure to have correct size. Everything is Miata specific, unfortunately. Arrived for appointment, they took my car, yada yada yada, after an hour they came and told me they never ordered the tire in. I was swearing like a sailor in their lounge. So knock off a star. But most other interactions have been fine. Hopefully that shall continue.

Amazing customer service, had a 1 1/2 year transmission blow on me, they covered everything under warranty, gave me a great CX-5 loaner for almost 2 weeks, everything went perfectly!
