Shauna in service was an incredible help. The staff tried their best to solve the issue with my diesel truck, but the part necessary wasn't available in the foreseeable future. I arranged a car hauler and they accommodated the pickup. Couldn't ask for better treatment during a tumultuous time.
I went to look at a 2500 diesel, sales man said they would be willing to remove/reduce the dealer mark up of 7500. (MSRP was 68700, make up was more than 10% of the vehicle price) the salesman had me talk to the sales manager (can't remember his name but he had a long beard) I was told he would absolutely not change the dealer markup. I even let him know that I purchased my 2017 dodge from them and it turned out to be a lemon. I had to get a lawyer to get them to buy back the car. I was told "We don't make the cars we just sale them" he made sure that I knew he could careless about my previous experience. That was enough for me to take my money elsewhere. This place clearly could careless about the customer.
I purchased my last 2 vehicles from here and have been a customer since 2012. I have always had great service with maintenance and sales & I planned to be a lifetime loyal customer. Yesterday my husband and I went to purchase a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It started with the internet price being $8,000 less than the in person price. Gabe said the difference was because of dealer added items but could not tell me what they were. We should have walked away in that moment before wasting the rest of our day. But, we stayed . Ted and Gabe kept trading places , one would leave with the paperwork and the other would return. Each of them were telling us completely different information. They gave us one payment and we agreed and went to try to sell my car at carmax and when we came back somehow our $389.00 payment went to $551. WHAT?!?! They also said we could only put down $7000 on a lease but could not explain why. They were really all over the place and the whole time I felt like I was trying to keep my eye on a ball under a nut while they switched them all around. We ended up leaving without the car because they were way too tricky for me. I am really very disappointed. I thought this was my dealership for life. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy dealership that wont play these games? I am still looking for that van but now I am afraid to have the same experience somewhere else. This is why people have a bad opinion of dealerships.
I was lured in by their internet price on a new Jeep Gladiator, however when I arrived at the dealer I was informed that there would be a $5000 markup added to the MSRP, not even just the internet price. The sales staff were courteous, but unfortunately that's about all this place has going for it. Fortunately not all the dealers in the area are this greedy so I would recommend researching vehicles elsewhere.
