Edited: Umansky advised me to perform the same $150 service twice in the same year. To maintain the value of my car I always accept dealer recommended services, and did not understand how skeptical I needed to be of Umansky's recommendations. When I moved out of state, the new dealership noticed this in my maintenance records and informed me. Umansky responded to my review by promising to refund me for the second, unnecessary service, but never did. They also sold me a maintenance package when I bought my car without informing me that it would not transfer to another dealership. I intended to move out of state within a few years, and never would have paid for the maintenance package had they mentioned its limitations. I lost several hundred dollars of value when I moved. Finally, they talked me into buying a useless 2k extended warranty that I have never used, though that's a scam every dealership runs, and it was dumb of me to fall for it.Report
