Add ReviewI just give a special shoutout to Xaiver. He’s one of kind type of guy very attentive, always providing me with updates, making sure my needs are met with my financial ability helped me through the entire purchase process! I’m a very happy satisfied customer and will surely be back, even though I live far away but it’s worth the trip when the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend working with Xaiver and the Champion dealership.Report
Met with Xavier, was super helpful with answering our questions and took the time to show us the vehicle before we even arrived by sending a video. Staff was also very nice.Report
ZERO stars on customer service!Report
Bought a very nice used Jeep and trusted the spiel that it had been inspected.
You would expect that a Jeep would have a functional spare on the back, right? Nope.
Just a few days past buying it a year ago and the hitch installer said “Hey, you know you have a piece of trash spare on the back, right, with a 1.5” gash in it? It’s flat.” Nobody looks at a spare until you need it, but fortunately this guy saw it.
My wife takes it in to Champion today, points out the issue and the Used Car Manager treats her like nobody wants their wife, mother or sister to be treated…like a complete idiot. Makes my blood boil.
I am not happy with these guys. I checked out their reviews. Google, not so bad, but the Yelp reviews are horrendous. Now I know why.
ZERO stars. If you are looking for someone to do the right thing after you buy a car, buy it somewhere else.
Just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great overall experience. Kurtis worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and was completely open and transparent the entire time. We had been to other dealers previously for car shopping and cannot say the same. They have a super friendly and professional teamReport
The salesman i talked with was nice, but the overall experience was not the best. First off I drove an hour and a half to get there and be told the vehicle was not able to be driven because of an issue. But a couple days before they was begging me to purchase over the phone without looking. I wasted 4 plus hours, they said they would get it looked at. A week later I contacted and asked about it, the guy said oh sorry, it's no longer here. I have another coming and I'll let you know...nothing. Not the most reliableReport
Whole experience was OUTSTANDING, best car buying experience I've ever had. Kurtis M was personable, knowledgable and help me get a great deal. Thank YOU!Report
Kayla was a great salesperson! Easily reachable at all times, throughout the buying process.Report
Great service, and a pleasure to work with. Worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for.Report
This was my second visit and I had a very good experience both times. Brad was helpful and kept me informed. All of the staff that worked with me were polite and efficient. Very satisfied.Report
My experience with this dealership started out with a reasonable lease price (at the time) during the high covid pricing increases. I had some comparable pricing options with other large SUV's but settled on the Grand Cherokee L. Had several issues the first few weeks and I immediately hated this place with how they handled it.Report
First off, the whole point of the large SUV was to tow a boat, and they leased me a Jeep with no towing package and then made me pay $500 for an aftermarket hitch. Unfortunately, the aftermarket package does not have the proper wiring to handle my trailer brakes, so I had to rig it up every time I wanted to tow.
Secondly, I had a long list of issues that I did not like about the Jeep and most of them were dismissed and described as normal. I took it to another Jeep dealer, and they fixed my issues. That's when I took the Champion plate and logo off Jeep, so I wasn't reminded of this place.
Most recently, I was stranded (not once but twice) with a no start Grand Cherokee in very cold weather. I was conveniently 200 miles out of warranty, so no roadside assistance or Jeep Wave. I called their customer care hoping they give me a hand and I could tell that guy could care less. He was very eager to just pass me over to the service department where I left a voicemail. Big surprise, but my call was never returned. Again, had to take it to another dealership where they quickly worked me in, identified this issue and installed new batteries for free.
This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Never again.
