DO NOT take your vehicle there! The Body Shop is an absolute joke!! Sending us texts saying “ Great News, will have your van back to you tomorrow”, tomorrow comes and when you talk to them it’s, “ oh I’m sorry it’ll be tomorrow “ EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE!! Well this has been going on for over several weeks now. When you finally get to talk to someone they tell you they’ll return your call shortly with answers…haha, They Do Not return your calls!! They’ve had our van since beginning of January and that’s after we made arrangements to drop it off only after they had all the parts to repair it because we can’t go long without it. So we Got the call from them saying yes we finally have all the parts so you can drop it off now & will have it back to you within 5 days. STILL NO VAN!! Have asked several times” hey could you give us a loaner vehicle at least to accommodate us for all the troubles you’ve put us through. Tom the so called manager said last Tuesday if we didn’t have our van back by then he had another customer that was returning a loaner that he would give us. NOPE! Once again what they TELL YOU DIDN’T COME TRUE!! (MORE EXCUSES) We’ve lived in Livingston County for over 50 years and have never ever dealt with a business so DISHONEST/TERRIBLE in our life!!

Customer service was excellent. I am very happy with the care given my Buick Encore.

Bought a car from these people in may was told the entire drive train was covered under warranty now I'm having transmission issue literally less than 15k miles later and they're basically telling me that I need to go to Nissan not them and basically pay for this myself which is insane so don't buy a car from them..... or atleast a used one with out understanding that their warranties aren't going to help you since 90% of issues with cars are a recall

It was a long afternoon but a good afternoon at Brighton Champion CJDR. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. My sales rep, Curtis, was awesome! He thoroughly went over all the details of the vehicles I was interested in and gave me time to process and weigh my options. Any concerns or questions I had, he listened to and tried to help as best as possible. I really appreciate how he went out of his way to take great care of me. I now have a new vehicle that is a perfect fit for me and my family!
