Hannah was very helpful in providing a rapid response to a vehicle issue, even though it was late in the day. Very pleased the item was resolved same day!..........UPDATE: Unfortunately, their service has not maintained strong standards. Twice, I've made a Saturday appointment for work to only be told that the appointment was to drop-it-off, and the vehicle would be looked at on Monday or Tuesday. Then why would I make an appointment weeks in advance? It's obvious they they do not honor scheduled service times. As I told Jim, the service advisor, this is unacceptable!

5 stars always. I've been a loyal customer since 2014 for a good reason. David at Champion Chrysler recently helped set me up with my 5th truck with ease. He's always working for the best deal to suit my needs and takes care of me like a friend. My visit was again quick, efficient, and exactly what I needed. The entire staff that worked with me was friendly and professional as usual. They set me up with a truck to my liking while providing great customer service. As in always taking my calls, answering questions and keeping me informed throughout paperwork. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was in immaculate condition, paperwork was ready to be signed, and David gave me a detailed rundown of all the new gadgets, bells and whistles. Top notch always. Thank you David and team, for another amazing experience from Champion Brighton Chrysler!!

The service experience was great. I was greeted right away in a really friendly and professional way. After Mike from the service department received the results from the car check up and the estimated, he explained to me all in details and I never got the feeling he wanted to push me into some repairs which are not really need. The repair was done in a timely manner as estimated. Great overall experience. Thanks

Avoid taking your car here for service at all cost. I took my car in to have my headlamps upgraded to LED lamps. They charged me $100 to change the bulbs. When I picked it up I noticed a "low beam out" warning light. When I told them about it they responded that when you upgrade to LED you have to add resistors or you will get a warning. When I asked why they didn't tell me that they replied, "we should have". However they still charged me $165 to install the resistors. When I picked it up the second time the warning light was still on and now my high beams didn't work at all. When I called again, they said that it was working when they tested it so I must have broken it. They did take a same day appointment to fix it (again) but they charged me another $300 to put the original (non LED) bulbs back on. So in total they charged me over $500 to end up with the original bulbs I had in the first place. This whole thing could have been easily handled if they would have just explained the resistor issue up front and fixed it right the first time. I will not take my car to this dealership for service unless I have no other choice.

I just hit my truck in there to have an ignition switch put in and the guys did a great job. Every time I go in they take really good care of me. I appreciate it. Thanks guys for a great job!
