Bate and hook. I asked for a very exact vehicle and was told that it was here and would have it parked out front for us to look over. Well guess what. It wasn't at all there but they had something else not even close to what we asked and were told would be there. Bat and hook. Scammers.Report
This dealership is horribly shady and dishonest. Maybe this is industry standard, I can’t say for certain, but I just know that this dealer is shady and dishonest. From claiming cars were inspected that very clearly had major mechanical issues in suspension, to being dishonest about interest rates, lengths of loans, and trying to manipulate. It was awful from start to finish, and we decided not to purchase from here.Report
Sadly, I think this may be common at all dealerships, but be warned, these people here will definitely try to lie and manipulate you to get a sale.
Where do I start? A 6,600$ bill for removing a sunroof and windshield you said would likely break if removed (if it was professionals they wouldn't break the windshield while removing it) when you could have resealed my sunroof and taken my money and moved on. But instead you're trying to bs me into paying that much. That's more than a damn transmission itself for a Chrysler 300. Ridiculous. Do not go here do not get scammed please. 1-3 days to just get the diagnoses itself and then another half week to take my car apart and leave it apart in the parking lot and then get back to it when it's convenient for them. Watch how close you park CUSTOMER cars next to your building absolute delinquents, and when someone comes in already worried about your service and when I ask how can I be sure you won't rip or drive my car aggressively I was instantly talked down to and told "we don't rip on cars here" yeah ? I have to go in with caution here as I didn't want my car more messed up and wanted to be careful, wasn't accusing you tough guy, reassure your customers that they're in good hands not to be more worried. Negative stars if I could, however I believe my advisor Josh did fine, for the best he could.Report

I was shopping for a new Jeep model at CCJDR-Brighton and was greeted by a Sales Associate who, after exchanging pleasantries, asked me if I intended to purchase a vehicle that day (before I saw anything). Then the test drive was a disaster because I knew 90% more about the vehicle (from watching an 18 minute YT video) than he did. Nobody did anything wrong, but I felt an instant ick feeling and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Customers who are shopping for a $70K + vehicle deserve a better experience, IMO. Sorry, CCJDR as this is only meant to be informative enough to remind your Associates about the significance of approach, strategy, and product knowledge.Report
5 Stars 1000%, first time every buying a car and had a great experience with Xavier my sales guy he was wonderful and got me everything i wanted i suggest going to this dealer.Report
I purchased six vehicles over the past ten years and though I’ve never given anyone a bad google review, this time was necessary. No one calls back, lengthy holds for simple questions, operators who don’t like to answer the phone, lack of knowledge for salespeople.Report
