Bri is top of the line living. They are friendly, helpful and available any time you need them.
Lots of friendly neighbors to socialize with and lots of activities.
Highly recommend this wonderful place for 55+

My husband and I are loving our life at Bri! We recently sold our home and decided to give 'over 55' living a try. This place is absolutely beautiful with many amenities. The social scene is active and varied. The staff is professional and friendly. The location is so convenient with nearby shopping, restaurants and Meridian's finest park, directly across the street. Our new community already feels like family!

We moved into Bri November 10th 2020 on the second day it opened. We had lived in Green Valley, AZ for 20 years, traveling to Meridian to visit our daughter Sandra and husband Zane. They had recommended that we move to Bri when it opened. We moved to The Lofts at Ten Mile waiting for Bri to open a year later. At first living at The Lofts we met Linsay the Executive Director to select our 5th floor unit overlooking Julius Kleiner Park. Subsequently both Linsay and Chelan (Social Director) showed us our mostly finished unit. A year later we moved to our 5th floor unit.

The staff here Linsay, Chelan, Andy and Josh (Maintenance Directors), Karen (Community Director), Melissa (Food Service); all whom are very friendly and very helpful.

We have met many friends at Bri's Continental Breakfast.

Bri has provided the opportunity to get Covid shots, including recent booster.

We give Bri a 5 star ratings and plan to stay here for many years.

STOP! I found the place! Come see for yourself!

It's not to good to be true. It's true it's beautiful and the staff is amazing. The facility is first class and its location preplanned to take advantage of extraordinary shopping, more dinning choices than one has days to visit. Come take a walk in the beautiful park directly across the street.

We love our new apartment! We have such a beautiful view overlooking the park. The courtyards are beautiful with so many activities for us to enjoy. What a great way for us to enjoy our retirement years.

Where does very happy tenants begin? Well, at the start; we were shown the various apartments and their location with respect to views.
Then onto all of the amenities. Wow!
Two courtyards; pool and spa & BBQ, fire pits for chilly nights, outdoor seating with heat lamps.
Green areas for other activities.
Indoors, a terrific Gym (beautiful views) treadmills, stair step, weights, etc and a studio for a wide variety of classes. Large room for activities and eating area for daily breakfast, pool table, games, etc. Weekly card games and social hours too.
Showers, steam rooms, media room movies and ballgames. Also, computer room with 4 stations and a printer. Private dining and meeting rooms.
The ample staff shares crafting, cooking and exercise classes. Additionally, staff for minor assistance with apartments, appliances and more!
The various apartments are various sizes and room count. Appliances are included (washer and dryer too!). Lastly, secure parking on 1st floor.
So many activities to keep you busy and engaged with other tenants.

I have lived here since April and I've never been happier. The staff at Bri are incredible. It is a safe environment with plenty of activities daily.

We have truly enjoyed our residence at The Bri. The continental breakfast starts the day out right and the exercise classes are fun and easy to attend.
It's also nice to have a gym readily available. Finally, a variety of activities make it possible to stay as socially active as we wish.
