I went in yesterday at 7:45 p.m., just before the service department closed. I pulled up and asked if anybody could help me with my right front tire as it was going flat. Yovani Ramirez came out to check my tire and told me that there was a screw in the tire and I needed a new tire due to the damage. The team went into action and put on my spare right away. A new tire was ordered and will be placed on my Camry this morning. I was able to drive home yesterday and thank the Bredemann team for helping me right away. I have been a Bredemann customer for over a decade and will continue to be so. Thank you Yovani and service department. Your commitment to excellence is the reason why Bredemann is the BEST!

The worst experience ever!!!
0 stars to advisor David L... and mechanic who took care of my RAV4 yesterday 5.23.2024.
I had an appointment at 6.30pm for oil change, tire rotation and full car inspection. I brought my car at 6.10pm and they kept it till closing 8pm. Almost 2 hours!
TPMS light was on when I arrived ( RR tire had 25 PSI instead of 37 PSI ). So it was easy to realize that tire needed to be patched / repaired. I asked to check the tire. And actually I did not have to ask to do that, because they were suppose to do it without my request.
At 8pm my car was "ready". Advisor David told me, that mechanic did not fix the tire, because he figured out that tire needed to be fixed 5 min before he pulled the car out from the shop.
How is it possible ??????
TPMS light was on and 2 hours was not enough to see it ????
And how he could put tire with a nail back on the car ?????
They did not evet put a sticker on a windshield as a reminder about next service (not that important, but anyway.....)
Lazy, irresponsible

We had a very positive experience purchasing our Toyota Sienna at Bredemann Toyota. Marzena was extremely helpful and very patient with us. She took us on a test drive and took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and demonstrated how to use them. I would definitely recommend Bredemann and Marzena to friends and family when purchasing a Toyota. Jack in the finance department was also very helpful and very friendly and walked us thru and explained everything in detail. We walked out of the dealership very happy campers. Thanks Bredemann!!

One of the worse service center. I gave them $9500 business and two parts they forgot to install. However, How come invoice total came exactly the same as quote? I inspected my car and I noticed that my car missing a parts. Andrew Maravola is a one of the worse guy to work with. He is really dishonest person. Never informed me that my car is missing parts and he adjusted his invoice that it invoice total came exactly the same as quote without performing any repairs.
