Arturo is an amazing salesperson! He was very polite, professional, and patient with myself and my dad that was with me through our sale. Arturo answered every question we had and he went above and beyond to get us a good price on the car. When my dad and I came to pick up my car and realized it was not the one we had ordered I was set on not getting it. However, Arturo took over our case and was understanding towards our reaction to the inconvenience. It’s because of Arturo that I decided to buy my 2025 Camry that same day. He deserves a raise!

I came into Bredeman Toyota with a car in mind, but was open to other options. Lana came right up when I walked in the doors and was very helpful in getting the process started. She talked me through the car of interest, got it for a test drive and was pointing out features as I drove it. I wasn’t totally sold on the original car, so she talked me through other cars that might be similar within my price range. She was knowledgeable on the cars she was talking about! She was very helpful explaining the other types of available cars, price differences and why they were different from each other. I decided to go with the second car I test drove. Lana made the process easy, always showed the car facts and talked through them. She made the process direct and therefore as quick as it could be, and painless.
The finance guy was also great. He didn’t try upselling or pushing anything on me as a buyer, but talked through potential benefits / risks of warranty vs no warranty.
My first experience buying was great and I would recommend Lana and Bredemann Toyota in general to friends!

Nestor Ambrose is a great salesman. He is very kind and explains everything in detail. He doesn’t rush you and takes his time to make sure you’re happy with your new vehicle. I highly recommend working with him!

Had a great experience with Patsy this weekend. After multiple places that continuously were dishonest about prices and tried adding on every fee imaginable, we came here and were shocked when the online price was the ACTUAL price of the car! Patsy made the whole experience easy, and even though we were buying pre-owned and rather cheap compared to a lot of their inventory she made us feel important, where other dealerships made us feel like we weren't worth their time.
