The Brandy Austin law firm did a fantastic job in representing me in dealing with the insurance company that was trying to low ball me on how much pain and suffering is involved with getting bit by a Pitbull. I couldn't be more satisfied with their law firm.

I enjoyed using Brandy Austin Law Firm for my divorce..I mean.. it's not a fun situation but they got it done! Sharon was my main point of contact and she was always very nice and answered all of my questions. Everything was done over the phone and through an online portal so I didn't even have to leave home! Communication was kind of rocky in the beginning because my ex was holding things up. It would just be nice to be informed of the hold up. Communication improved tremendously more towards the end! All in all, I would use this law firm again although I hope I don't have to!

I honestly wish I can report this unprofessional service they only want you money. I lost my case due to them been so unresponsive.

I can't say enough good about my experience with Brandi Austin Law Firm. I have spoken with several people there since my first online inquiry and each one has been courteous, professional, patient and helpful. I spoke with several firms before reaching out to Brandi Austin and was told either I didn't have a chance ("it's just too bad") or the statutes had run("should've thought about it sooner") or even a "You'd be better off finding another lawyer, I'm not really qualified to handle a case this involved". I had spoken with top, highly recommended firms that for a $4-5k retainer would look at my case even though they felt I was throwing money at something that wasn't going to pan out. So, I reached out to Brandi Austin Law Firm in August 2021, expecting to hear the same thing from another condescending jerk. Boy, was I wrong! I was treated respectfully from the start. I was preparing for a long battle when in September I received word they'd gotten the settlement I was owed and was ready to finalize it for me! It is amazing. No big retainer, although I was willing. Never any rude condescending BS for me, only very powerful words for my opponent. Brandi had been honest about what she thought - I was in a bad spot but not totally hopeless - and gave me enough information to decide whether the risk was something I'd be willing to take. The only guarantee I had was that she'd do all she could. I was charged for a service and that's what I got. She saved me thousands of dollars and did what some of the top firms in the area thought couldn't be done. THANK YOU to the entire team!!!!!

This is just a top-rate law firm! I called regarding some property damage currently in storage and was concerned there were going to be issues with the facility manager (they said they were not going to pay for any damages). Brandy Austin Law Firm advised I speak with my insurance agency, which I did and was able to file a claim.

Not only was the staff at BALF professional, I received a call today from Darian Berryman, checking on how things were going. I honestly did not expect that. I can see why this firm has such a great reputation for service.

I spent $8500 hundred dollars 0 Results . Stay away from this Law Firm you will be disappointed and let down. With constant lies and "0" Truthfulness. I get it Ms Austin is just trying to take care of Her employees at my expense. Do Not Retain This Law Firm You Will Regret It. Do to her lack of integrity and Confidence.I am forced to contact the Attorney General.
Here we go again with the Lack Of Professionalism. After I specifically told them to Not Deduct another payment from my Credit Card over 2 weeks ago and I no longer require your Services or Lack there of. I should say. So they attempted to take $500 off my card this morning (09/01/2021) which i figured they would so i canceled the card a week earlier. This Law Firm is a "Complete Joke" and Thief's of the Highest Order.

Trey was of great assistance, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and solved all my issues and problems promptly. They also helped me keep my wife's account assets, which other attorneys were not willing to solve for me.
