I would not recommend this dealership to anyone with the amount of un organization is appalling. I refinanced my car for a lower rate and had to go in person to obtain my refund for the gap insurance and per the letter I received. I had to go in person to complete paperwork with Honda. I went there December 31st and completed the paperwork. With a sales person Nick. I then continued calling to get an update with the status of my refund. The financial representative Gary was assisting me with the matter over the course of 3 months and still provided me with no updates. Gary was let go in March or no longer worked there per Chris Donofrio. I called March 4th demanding an answer as I was given the run around since December 31. Receptionist Melissa gave me the run around and was useless. I continued to ask to speak with a financial representative and spoke with Chris Donofrio who was useless as well.Report
When a customer that purchases a plan/ coverage with you via a 3rd party. You have a duty to figure out what occurred. The gap insurance company stated that the check was sent to Honda in Branford and Chris stated that they have no record. This dealership needs to learn better customer service instead of telling someone who purchased a car with them to figure it out on their own. Would not recommend them at all, go purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
As of today I still have no refund. Don't purchase any warranty plans or extra coverage through this dealership.
If I can leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been with Brandon Honda since 2018. The service reps in the service department are extremely rude as of lately. I also keep getting ripped off. Brought my car in to get checked due to all the lights on my dash being on, they charged me almost $300 and claimed my battery replaced. A week later I have the same issue and have to leave my car over night, now they claim it’s fuel injectors and spark plugs and wanted to charge me 2k for this repairs. So they took advantage claimed they resolved an issue that they did not just for try and charge me for more. I called America Honda and my fuel injectors are covered and supposed to be fixed by the dealership. I made many phone calls to schedule an appointment yesterday and also gave them the case number from Honda two weeks ago. They scheduled me yesterday for an appointment and CONFIRMED EVERYTHING OVER THE PHONE. Then at 930am MATT the service rep contacts me a hour and a half before my appointment stating they’re refusing to do my fuel injectors because they don’t have a work authorization which I asked and they confirmed in no way shape or form did they even attempt to reach out the American Honda in charge of my case. I asked why wasn’t this taken care of yesterday as it’s very unprofessional and I just keep being punt in circles. I spoke to the “service manager” initially two weeks ago and haven’t heard back from him since. I’m assuming he thought just because he brought me back in the get my car checked AGAIN and kept over night would resolve my car issues. I feel like I have no options to fix my car at this point because this place won’t take accountability, this is the closest dealership near me. I made a complaint with NHTSA as well and feel like at this point may have to get an attorney. This place needs to hire better staff, I hope all my phone calls were recorded as well. As someone who is not being heard or helped and NEEDS HER CAR FOR TRANSPORTATIONS it is VERY frustrating and hard to keep your cool when I’ve been paying thousands of dollars to this dealership for years as a loyal customer and to be treated this way should be UNACCEPTABLE.Report

Purchasing my first car with him has been nothing but a great experience, anything i needed for my car / adding accessories he was helpful with.
I needed to purchase a car for a work related matter and I needed to do it fast. Chris Donofrio the manager was extremely helpful in ensuring this would be possible for me as well as working with my budget. I was able to purchase a car that day and picked it up two days later clean and ready for me to take home, buying a car has never been this easy. It was honestly a breeze, I wasn’t at the dealership for hours. It was extremely fast but efficient time wise any questions or concerns I had I was put at ease, I am glad I stepped into brandfon Honda and Chris Donofrio was able to help me buy. I was ripped off at Brandon Honda. It wasn’t recently but it has stuck with me for a long time. Sold me a used car with problems and wouldn’t honer it. Dragged me around for a couple of months until the warranty expired at which time the finance guy literally scolded with his voice raised in his office that I should have purchased a extended warranty. They took the car back at trade in value and the very next day the car was back in the lot for the original price.. unrepaired.Report
Obviously I never went back.
I went to Ford and am still driving it today.
This place is a disaster, avoid if you can. I am currently leasing a car from them and every step of the way is difficult from sales to service. Not customer friendly and countless rude encounters- people working here lead w being annoyed, even managers. It’s always something and it sometimes seems like they go out of their way to make things frustrating. I will not be renewing the lease once it’s finished and will stay far far away once I can. Eric in service is the only saving grace.Report
