Our Philosophy BGCSE provides developmentally appropriate programs for children that enable each child to grow and learn at their own pace. Each child is given the opportunity for individual development and exploration through an environment that is creative, stimulating and nurturing. The only area agency serving children 4 weeks of age to age 18, BGCSE works to prepare children for the future seamlessly allowing them to move through the organizations programming from infancy to high school graduation. Our Goal The goal of BGCSE is to provide a developmentally appropriate program to enable each child to grow intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially while becoming aware of their surroundings and their abilities.
