Always professional and I feel confident taking my car there

I brought in my Crosstrek for radio and battery issues recently. I purchased my car at a different location, but Bowser was more convenient so I took a chance bringing it somewhere I had never been before, and I have to say I’m very pleased that I did!

Mike (the service manager) was very attentive and friendly, he listened to my concerns and made sure that I was well taken care of—as well as my Crosstrek. He was readily available when I had questions, helped me feel at ease with the experience, and quickly prepped a loaner car for me when I realized I couldn’t drive my own anymore. If or when I have other warranty issues, I will definitely feel confident in taking my car back to Bowser for service. Thanks again, Mike!!

Chad Luther is a stellar salesman at Bowser Subaru. He listened thoughtfully to my needs and wants, gave me a fair price for both the new car and my trade in, and was highly knowledgeable about the features in the car ai bought. I was very much surprised that he made a point of showing me around the bells and whistles of the vehicle whereas in the past many sales people have taken my money, handed me the keys, and said good luck.

He even followed up with me to make sure things were still smooth.
