I bought a Subaru Forester from Bowser Subaru and they were great. Answered all my questions and communicated clearly about the car and buying process. My experience with them so far has been a very positive one.

Highly recommend!! All of the staff, who made the process very quick, are helpful and informative! We got a great deal and love our new Subaru!!

The people are nice. Communication isn’t always the best but it has worked out okay in the end. I love my car. I just got it so I haven’t done an oil change or other service appointment with them yet. I did get the protective stuff put on which was kind of a service appointment - it was one of the places where there were some communication issues. The car looks great after it was done though! Overall, I would say I am mostly satisfied.

Always professional and I feel confident taking my car there

I brought in my Crosstrek for radio and battery issues recently. I purchased my car at a different location, but Bowser was more convenient so I took a chance bringing it somewhere I had never been before, and I have to say I’m very pleased that I did!

Mike (the service manager) was very attentive and friendly, he listened to my concerns and made sure that I was well taken care of—as well as my Crosstrek. He was readily available when I had questions, helped me feel at ease with the experience, and quickly prepped a loaner car for me when I realized I couldn’t drive my own anymore. If or when I have other warranty issues, I will definitely feel confident in taking my car back to Bowser for service. Thanks again, Mike!!
