Excellent experience purchasing an Outback. Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. They were able to find the exact model I wanted and arrange financing quickly and efficiently.

What a great experience i just had with Dom, the sales guy. I was in need of a vehicle, wanted used within a budget. Got me in a great GMC Terrain. Then my husband was looking at a truck and within a few hours we we were both happy people leaving in what we came for. Looking forward to pick up Monday. THANK YOU!

I went in Bowser Subaru after doing a lot of research on the vehicles and was approached right away. I didn't need to ask many questions because they are very knowledgeable. I was not rushed. I test drove a few cars and decided on the Crosstrek Premium. I felt like they were insuring I got the car I would love. I do love it!

My husband and I went to Bowser to look at a specific certified pre-owned Subaru. When we got to the dealership, we met Ron. Ron informed us that unfortunately the car we were looking for had just recently been sold. He then showed us several other cars similar to what we were looking for. He went above and beyond! He was able to give us the first look at a car that had just arrived on the lot a few hours ago and wasn't yet listed for sale.

We ultimately did not end up purchasing a car from Bowser. This was only because a car matching all of our needs turned up at another dealership first, but I highly recommend Ron! My husband and I are pretty analytical with these things which can be annoying to a lot of salesmen, but Ron talked to us like people and not a paycheck. He was helpful and not pushy or cheesy like salesmen we've had at other dealerships. If our next car purchase is through Bowser, we will definitely be working with Ron again!

I took the car in for scheduled maintenance. Everything was handled in a friendly and professional manor. The service was finished in a timely way and for a reasonable price. Thank You.

I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2024 Limited from Denny Costello. All the bells and whistles. Even the protect-all coating inside and out. I have 7000 miles on it and I’m only getting 22.3 mpg combined Highway/City. I drive efficiently. My last car was a 2008 Mazda that got 30 mpg combined til the day I traded it in for the Subaru. The Subaru shop says there’s nothing wrong with it. I’m very unhappy that they didn’t offer me any support over this matter. Poor quality. Bad for repeat business.

I have been driving for 8 years (since I got my license at 18) and I have never gone to a dealer for maintenance until going to Bowser Subaru when my dashboard on my 2019 Impreza Hatchback lit up like a Christmas tree on the way to work one Thursday morning. I'd always heard people complain that dealerships upcharged for everything and tried to sell a bunch of unnecessary services on top of an inflated repair bill. Boy was I wrong about Bowser!!! Ian Grant truly went out of his way to squeeze me into a busy schedule, kept me informed of what was going on with an incredibly detailed video walkthrough, a beautiful loaner car to get me to and from my office, and a final repair cost that was absolutely reasonable given the scope of work. Ian, and the team at Bowser, THANK YOU for changing my perspective on dealerships and please know you have gained yourself another loyal customer. I suppose, as the radio ads say, that's the POWER of BOWSER!
