I lost both of my key fobs to my Land Rover. I called everywhere (Lexington, Somerset, and Bowling Green) trying to get keys done. Tim at BG Locksmith was the only one who had the equipment besides LandRover Nashville or LandRover Louisville. He was out here in 48 hours at 80+ miles away (obviously for an extra but reasonable charge). All in all, I have both keys completely replaced and back in business for way less than the dealer was going to charge me to tow my car to them. I would highly recommend BG Locksmith!

Fast show up time. We lost our keys at a holiday Christmas party at a hotel. That night , tornadoes came through, the hotel lost power , we couldn't leave since we lost our keys.

He was very rude! Poor customer service, and did not communicate well with us at all. Did not fix our issues and I do not recommend anyone using his services!

I was locked out of my apartment after hours for my management company and called BG Locksmith LLC to come help. They arrived within the time frame they said they would and got me into my apartment within seconds! They were very friendly and helpful. They are a service that you hope to never need (being locked out) but they are one that you are glad exists! They will be my first call if I'm ever locked out again.
