Go ask about their markups on Broncos & F-250s.. They are personally telling people they don't want to sell, had rather people order.. Hope they get stuck with it all

We recently purchased a 2021 Ford Escape at Bowen Scarff. This is the 6th car I have boughten and it is by far the best car buying experience I have had. I told RJ Singh what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend walking out the door. RJ went to work and found what I wanted. I got exactly all the bells and whistles and walked out the door within our budget. I feel like our next car will also come from RJ at Bowen Scarff. As well, RJ did so much work on the front half when we came in to buy the car at 4pm and we were at dinner by 6pm in our new car.
Also who doesn't love 0% interest for 60 month!!

I bought a car from Daniel Montgomery from Bowen Scarff Ford, paid in full on the spot and drove home with a temporary paper license. However, it has been 6 weeks and I have not received the plate or title paper from them yet. My temporary license will expire in two days and I won't be able to drive it then. Daniel did tell me that he was going to send out the plates last Monday after I pinged him about it (he did not message me proactively). Yet I have no received anything, nor did he communicated to me with a tracking number or whether/when he has sent it out.

I found this unprofessional and the worst experience I've had buying cars (not to mention the actual buying experience). This does not seem to match their perceived reputation or probably the reason why it is declining. Sharing this to the public and please be cautious.

Our recent purchase of a Jeep Liberty was a smooth one, thanks to our Sales Rep, Ron Olson. He was pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable, not pushy, and it was very easy working with him.

Having purchased some 30 vehicles in my lifetime, I can honestly say this is by far the best experience to date. We ordered the new Bronco and everything from the order process through delivery was 5 star. Mikala, Lauren and the entire staff were amazing and the process was as simple as it gets. Huge thanks!

No haggle pricings if you agree to pay way above MSRP would not waste my time again driving down there to find out the price is much higher than MSRP

Ford is currently focused on building factory ordered vehicles instead of dealer stock due to the chip shortage. We are encouraging customers to order a vehicle for at or below MSRP. We have a number of vehicles that are on the ground under MSRP as well. The vehicles that are over MSRP are either vehicles we purchased from customers over MSRP or they are vehicles we do not wish to sell so we can continue to have them for test drives before ordering.

Be aware!!! Rip off pricing. 30% over MSRP.
They say they are one price dealer but the add 30% as a second price.

If you want cars for test-drive then why put a price on them? Have them listed as not for sale??? You are a dealer lot and you have few of the same cars on lot to test drive. You're suppose to sell cars that you have on lot. No one is waiting 4-6 month to order a basic Ford...

A one price dealer means the price we quote and the price you see online is the price you will get. With no games and no gimmicks. We do have some vehicles priced above MSRP so that we can continue to have vehicles available for test drives so our customers can factory order a vehicle from us at or below MSRP. We encourage our customers to Factory order to get the best possible deal during the current nationwide vehicle shortage.

Great buying experience! We worked with Sam Olson who was super knowledgeable about the product and answered all the questions we had... pointed out the things we didn't quite think of in the moment, but would've had questions on later. He laid out our financing options super clearly and got us through F&I efficiently. Our new car was waiting for us right outside the door with a full tank of gas and a full detail. Buying a car in this environment is challenging, but they made it super easy and with incredible value.

We bought a 2018 Ford fusion hybrid from them. Within three months the car consistently drain the battery even when everything was off. We were told that it was our fault. Then the car locked itself out of gear because of the internal programming when we went back to the dealership to get it fixed they repaired it charges $500 and then the car failed again the next day.

Our recent purchase of an F-150 landed us at Bowen Scarff Ford. Brandon Hopper was our Sales Representative. Brandon proved to be a wonderful communicator and responsive as we entered the search process with us asking questions about the vehicle and the initial steps in the test drive process. When we arrived at Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, for our test drive, Brandon warmly greeted us at the door and had our vehicle in front of the building and ready for the test drive. He walked us around the vehicle, then inside and out before our test drive. Our test drive route was effective and allowed us to see the vehicle perform. As we arrived after our test ride, we took little time in deciding not only would we purchase the vehicle, we knew that Brandon was part of Sales and Customer Service Team that would professionally guide us through the rest of the process. The process from the time we walked into the Sales Room to meet Brandon, to driving off the lot with our F-150, took 2 hours. We will recommend Brandon and the Bowen Scarff Ford to anyone looking for a wonderful search and purchase experience.
