Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant

A-one food, was little skeptical about visiting here as they don't have many food options. But food quality and taste definitely exceeded my expectations. Loved the location. Definitely recommend.

I found this place for an elegant classic British style afternoon high tea from Google view. It was the right choice. The scenery at the Fish Creek Provincial Park was gorgeous. They only have afternoon high tea available on weekends from 2:00-4:30pm so better call and make a reservation a couple weeks in advance. I know they will be close for winter break after my visit. Hopefully you guys can get a chance to try it after they reopen.

My overall experience was pleasant. The three tier stand British high tea set was very presentable and everything tasted delicious. The pastries was just right for my sweet tooth and not overly sweet. The finger sandwiches were very refreshing. The tea set came with a nice selection of black tea. Our server was very attentive and provided excellent service to us for our entire dining time. Although it was considered quite pricey for an afternoon tea but it was a very memorable experience and a good choice for special occasion and celebration. Everyone of us enjoyed it very much.

The atmosphere is pretty nice, but our group was packed into a room that didn't really feel like it fit us. Overall the food was pretty good, only a couple mistakes on our orders. The main issue was that we didn't feel like they wanted us there after we finished eating even though we booked until after midnight. The bar got shut down early and our crew felt like the staff was tapping their toes in anticipation of us leaving. Not the best experience.

I went with a few other people to Afternoon Tea. I am celiac, and they had a full menu that comes GF. Unfortunately the bread on all of the sandwiches was extremely dry and stale ( as was the non GF bread on my friends order). The servers couldn’t tell us everything that was on the platter, and when served our tea we had to ask multiple times for milk and sugar. Considering the cost ($49 per person) it was not worth it. Location is beautiful, presentation was also very pretty, but the taste and service was lacking.

Amazing upscale western cuisine experience. The menu is small but there isn't a single item on it which is not absolutely delicious. The service is impeccable, and thr atmosphere cozy and quaint. Expect a slightly higher prices to match the offer, but for me it was well worth it. Will be back!

We enjoyed an excellent family dining experience. Our server, who was also the wine sommelier, greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. He was extremely informative about the menu selections and provided great guidance for excellent choices. ???? His expert wine knowledge was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on.
The young manager, Francis, is an excellent cullinary professional who shared knowledge on the history of the restaurant and menu items. He supported his staff as he moved stealthy through the building. We appreciated his friendly manner, which was supported by his charisma and charm.

beware of the spirits here, do not go at night, very creepy. we went here and got a super bad feeling. some photos below that were creepy.

This restaurant is massive and rustic style. I was there couple of times and truly enjoyed the whole experience.
