Boulder Hotels by IHG

We choose this hotel for its proximity to our son's home. As the date neared, covid had increased. We were pleased with the mask regulation and compliance at the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and refreshed daily. We were placed in a convenient and quiet location within the building. Breakfast was generous with many selections and well maintained. Can't wait for the renovations to be complete.

Excellent hotel for humans or pets and the staff is friendly and efficient. Easy to take dogs out for a walk and the room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast and fitness room were both excellent and appreciated.

The hotel is under construction - the third floor was shut down and the road it is on (broadway) is being torn up. There were a large number of homeless people in and around the property at all times. I remember my son looking outside the window and pointing out a man curled up in a ball sleeping on the ground. The rooms was dingy, the lighting was dim, it just felt outdated and off. They put off renovations for far too long.

I didn't like that the only vending option was via cash in the machines. There was no sundry shop to charge items to the room. It was very loud throughout the property, and a poor experience in general.

I loved the bedding and wanted to take it home with me but of course that wasn't possible.

Clean and Welcoming Environment!

A friend of mine has stayed there many times and has been satisfied every time.

A quiet location on the north side of Boulder with fast, easy access to Highway 36, 28th Street, Foothills Highway, and Broadway, all of the major access ways of the Boulder area.

Great staff. Very helpful, professional. and nice. Went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Holiday Inn Express is a nice place to stay. I have been here since September. I am a travel CNA / Med Tech. This has been my home for a while now. The room I'm staying in could definitely use an update. The microwave looks like from the 90's with no way to set a 30 second time on it. No full size refrigerator which comes in handy for my line of work so I don't have to eat out so much. Also no 2 burner stove. There is some cabinets in the partial kitchen area. That definitely comes in handy. The one over my microwave sticks so it is very hard to open. Most of the time I don't open it. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. With lots of pressure and plenty of hot water! Absolute must since I work in a local facility here in Boulder. The heater works great, and when I used the ac it was great too. My view is of the parking lot with some mountain view. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I would just hope for an upgrade in my room since it is so outdated. They are in the process of a remodel so hopefully the rooms will have nice updates. If you want to stay here you will be wearing a mask to enter. The staff cleans very thoroughly. Wonderful place to stay overall. They have made me feel very welcome during my stay.

Beds very comfortable. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. A small drive to the centre of town but would most definitely stay again.

We stayed 4 nights and were ultimately happy with this hotel. Its a little dated, but looked clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good each morning. The biggest downside was the heavy road construction going on all around it, which is not the fault of the hotel.

The only thing about the hotel itself that was bothersome were the bright white lights right under our window that shown into the room at night even with the drapes closed. It looked like an eternal dawn outside and made getting sleep difficult.

I enjoyed visiting Boulder for a wedding. First time there and the weather was great. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and the hotel staff made the experience a lot sweeter. Everyone was so friendly and nice and the breakfast and housekeeping was wonderful.
