Since I moved into Botsford Place Terrace Apartments,I have received friendliness and courtesy from the staff and the maintenance team. They care about the people and families that stay inside there establishment...

I've lived here 4 years. I've had the same recurring issues with no resolution. Roof needs replaced. Bay window is constantly leaking. Air conditioner wont stay on due to circuit breakers constantly popping. Cant use hair dryer in bathroom or more then one appliance in kitchen for same reason. Water comes out scalding hot so hot that it frequently melts the washers causing water to constantly run. Each time maintenance is sent. Showers go from hot to cold. No one answers the phone anymore. Leaking pipes in basement. Shared laundry and only 1 washer that is always full. Nasty neighbors leave trash around. Lots of big dogs moving in lately making it unsafe. Doors are fixed barely at all. Hospitals helicopter lands frequently and is noisy. Pesky wasps outside entrance doors and across property have taken residency here for the last 4 years.

My first impression of this experience and viewing at Botsford Place Terrace started out unprofessional and not pleasant. The agent started out totally wrong. Firstly, it is not her place to make a comment about my shirt that was slightly wrinkle and to make the comment that I look like a child without parents? Was this because of my shirt wrinkles that a rude comment was mad to me. That's not the way to start out on possibly getting a possible tenant to come on board. Secondly, I was shown a 1 bedroom apt. that was under construction. I thought legally no apartments that are under construction should be shown to a possible tenant for insurance safety? Again this experience was not a good one for me to apply and take it any further. Hopefully for the next person things will be done on a professional level?

Its a nice place to stay this isnt about the quality of the place i was wondering if you could replace the basketball hoop its rusted and broken so its no longer standing at 10 feet its like 7.5 ft could you possibly replace it with a in ground one thats adjustable so we dont have to take it down to adjust the height thankyou.

I was looking for a nice affordable apartment near my workplace, and I've found that at Botsford. I've been here for over a year and I really like it. Its not often I write reviews for places, but I'm a very satisfied renter and the management deserves to know what a great job they're doing.

I'm a single father with a 12 year old son and I moved into Botsford Place about 3 years ago. I'm still very happy with my decision to live here. The complex has always felt safe, which was my number one priority when I was looking for a new place for me and my son. If I ever have issues, management responds right away and are always very friendly and happy to help. Neighbors are great, my son has made quite a few friends here, which makes me happy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, affordable housing in Farmington.

I wanted to wait a full month before doing my review of Botsford Apartments. Not too early and not too late....

Despite what the reviews says it is a good place to live in (I didn't actually read the reviews until after I paid my deposit. Lol) If you are the type like to show off the scenery outside your place(ex. Lake/trees) then keep looking.

What I like about Botsford is its clean and vindicated. My first thought was like it's dull and dead, but it doesn't matter what is on the outside, it's the inside that counts. If you are single and a workaholic this will be the perfect place to live. The walls are thin so be mindful of whats coming out your mouth. Also pets are allowed for a small fee and they have a dog park in the courtyard and further down the street they have an actual dog park.

I was born and raised in Detroit so this is like a breather here until I move to that place by the lake. Since I'm working all the time and coming home seeing everything safe and secure is leaving a small on my face.

P.S. So far the workers in the office are helpful.

So it's been a year since I been here, I don't know what to say. I lot of things changed since I first moved in... This will be my last year here.

Still here... nothing change just a millenial getting old. Might eventual see if I can switch to a downstairs unit so I can BBQ easier during the summer.
