Very good service department. I came in as a walk in for an oil change. They took care of me immediately and they were polite and professional. Will definitely come back.

The service department has been extremely disappointing. The service manager, Mike, was incredibly rude not only to my husband but also in front of the warranty customer service department. They had my vehicle for a week, and I had to call them to inquire about an update. They were supposed to fix my fog lights in January, which they still did not fix, and were rude when I inquired about it. But I never received a call about the part. I took my vehicle back in March for another oil pan leak and asked them to fix the lights again. I'm not even sure if they put oil back in my Jeep; the manager, Mike, checked the oil, but it doesn't look like there's any oil on the dipstick. I will keep you posted on that. Every time I called the service department, the manager was rude, and the assistant, Steve, was also rude. I've been bringing my vehicle here for years, and the service continues to decline. They also have terrible reviews on Yelp.

I had the worst customer service ever. Really horrible approach and attitude from the supervisor. I was over charged for a service I didn’t get. Never will I return or recommend anymore to this place of business. They don’t even greet or acknowledge any consumers coming in.

Horrible customer service. I reached out about trading in my vehicle this morning, immediately received a call back. Spoke with an associate, he said he would speak with his purchasing manager and call me back within an hour (before 10am). It's now 1:50pm and I called the dealer and was told he went home for the day. The lady answering the phones refused to allow me to speak to another associate or a manager. Joke of a dealership that doesn't value your time. Take your business elsewhere. I highly recommend Castle Ram, they have much better customer service.

Mike Darge was absolutely awesome! We had horrible car purchasing experiences in the past and now I will only be going to Mike at Bosak! Thank you so much for all of your help!

I recently visited Bosak Motors because my check engine light came on, on my Jeep, and I was very impressed with the experience. Todd was able to get me in the same day and was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.

Todd made sure I had a rental car for my inconvenience and the service was completed in a timely manner.

Overall I am very pleased with my service at Bosak Motors and thank you to Todd for keeping me informed and helping me with my service!!
