Took my 2020 Equinox to Bortz for inspection after attempting to get an appointment that fit my schedule at Washington Chevrolet. Washington Chevrolet was very indifferent even after telling them that their on-line appointment scheduling showing available time that worked for me. Called Bortz immediately after phoning the dealer where I purchased my vehicle and they made an appointment just two days later. I also had them check a tire that I've been experiencing a slow leak. The service area checked the tire completely and found nothing wrong - but they did check it entirely. I will use Bortz again based on this experience.

They were very welcoming and tentative. My sales rep name was John. I was having doubts that they wouldn't be able to put me in the vehicle they did everything they could to help and was very assuring they could get me in my vehicle and they delivered they did just that!!! I'm am a very happy customer!! One goal accomplished, I spend most my time helping others and they just helped me.Thank you again!!
