Boom! Athletics was created by Sean Seaberg who has trained hundreds of people worldwide successfully. Located in downtown Haverhill, MA there is a new headqaurters where members of Boom! Athletics are getting better results than ever before! Training includes, but is not limited too, methods that involve muscle gain, fat-loss, Balance training, co-ordination, stability, plyo-metrics, strength & conditioning. The training style is unique and dynamic. Group classes are limited and not overcrowded like some strength gyms you will find.
