I rang in desperation after getting nowhere with my local councal with an over abundant amount of Drain flies which i had been battling with for months. Gabrielle came the same afternoon and managed to find the source of the problem within minutes, he then told me what i can do - so as not to require his return saving me money. I cant recommend this company highly enough. I have been so impressed by this company, they came out within a hours of the first call out to treat an ant infestation that we had in our kitchen. Whilst the first dose did not get rid of the ants, they were happy to come out 2 more times to ensure they were completely gone. When you book you receive a 1 year guarantee on most treatments. They are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They even remembered that our tenant has a cat and used a pet-friendly treatment. Would highly recommend and will definitely book them again. Thanks!
Bon Accord were very responsive, professional, and managed to get rid of the cockroaches in the house in one go. They used Goliath Gel and 2 weeks later I still have not seen any new cockroaches.
