I asked, why Insight have not placed any bait traps for mice? The reply was informative. He said since I have not seen any mice no traps are needed. The bait is very strong and will draw mice. If I have not seen any it's not a good idea to place the traps. Good info!

A new employee originally came out to treat the house and only treated the outside and not the inside as well. When I commented on what seemed like minimal service in my review, the office called and apologized and arranged for someone to come out and finish the full service. I originally gave 3 stars and have now bumped it up to 4 stars.
