Ridiculous company with kids as salesfolks putting them in harms way This company sends kids out in middle of afternoon and they come knocking on doors even private property with no solicitation sign. When asked they wont give a phone number/supervisor name/anything. In Nevada that is considered trespassing and trespassers can be shot at. The company needs to clearly train the kids to not knock on every door.Report

I asked, why Insight have not placed any bait traps for mice? The reply was informative. He said since I have not seen any mice no traps are needed. The bait is very strong and will draw mice. A new employee originally came out to treat the house and only treated the outside and not the inside as well. When I commented on what seemed like minimal service in my review, the office called and apologized and arranged for someone to come out and finish the full service.
