Michael performed an absolutely masterful repair of my two Bacarrat Enfant candlesticks, each of which had been broken in three places. I had extremely low expectations until I found his website. Luckily, his studio is only about an hour from my home; so, I drove there and received a very honest assessment of the repair possibilities. While they are shorter now due to the smashed sections, they are still beautiful and usable. Michael completed the work within a few weeks and I am absolutely thrilled.Report
Though very busy, Michael was able to help me with information on an antique perfume bottle.Report
I will definitely seek his services again!
Bokrosh studio was great to work with and did such an excellent job repairing my glass piece, I couldn't tell that it had ever been damaged. I"m very pleased with the workmanship and highly recommend. Thank you Bokrosh Studio!Report
Michael was amazing - we had a question about obtaining replacement Murano Vistosi discs for a broken chandelier. He spent such a long time on the phone with me informing and guiding me on next steps. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He could have given me a simple answer but stayed on the phone for a while with his recommendations. I would truly recommend their services!Report
I met Michael through research on finding replacement parts for a Venetian mirror that was broken during our recent move from Hilton Head Island, SC to Ponte Vedra, FL. Michael has been very professional and responsive in helping me find the proper resources in Italy to procure replacement parts for a beloved mirror that has been in our family for more than 35 years. I highly recommend Bokrosh Studio! It's comforting to work with an expert in glass restoration!Report
I had a Daum figurine fish that had a broken fin. There are not a lot of places that do this type of repair. I contacted the studio and spoke to Michael. He gave me a couple of options on what could be done and what the cost would be. I packed the figurine up following their instructional video which was very helpful. When I received the fish back you couldn't even tell it had been broken. Good work at a fair price. If I ever break anything again I would not hesitate to use Bokrosh Studios.Report
I found Michael patient and accommodating in speaking to me at length about my restoration project. Furthermore, there was complete honesty in letting me know ahead of time regarding expectations and possibilities of what is or what isn't possible. Often restorers are very vague about the details, but Michael is upfront and transparent about his process. Overall, I'm grateful for the time and patience provided throughout my dealings with Bokrosh Studio.Report
Have been dealing with Michael regarding a broken heirloom piece of Tiffany glass. Man knows what he's doing and was quite professional in dealing with me. Price estimate seemed, while high, seemed reasonable given the value of the piece.Report
Michael Bokrosh repaired a valuable Murano glass bowl that was broken during a move. He was thoughtful and innovative and his repair resulted in a bowl that looks as though it had never been broken. It is quite beautiful! He finished the challenging work before the scheduled completion date - he is truly an artist and I highly recommend him.Report
