I went in to get an IPL. Prior to the procedure, they test an area on your hand. Well, the nurse left the laser on my hand too long and I now have a 1-inch scar as a result. They don't have sufficient training and experience (IMO). Seek a higher level of care.

My Laser hair results are amazing! Life changing. Love how they offer a monthly membership for facials. Microderm paired with Oxygen facial is my go to for extra hydration. Face feels so smooth and my make up goes on so flawlessly!

My mother had an appointment today, we get there. My mom informs her my name is...and her service was already paid for. The woman looks at my mother and says her name and says, that's you. And my mother says, yes, that's me, the woman looked and said, black people can't get laser hair removal because of their skin color, the machine will pick up your skin instead of your hair, and it will burn your skin and you'll be white in that spot... Ok if this is true then why not have that as a disclaimer on the website and why do u have a brown skin lady same color as my mother on ur advertisement as if she got the procedure done this was very disrespectful. The way she talked to my mom was very rude, and she didn't attempt to try and see if it would work like with a same part. They didn't attempt to explain further to my mother. She just looked at her and said, nope, we can't do it. Didn't try to give us the number to a place that had a laser that would do it. (If this is true) she was just very rude disrespectful in my case, I feel she was very racist towards my mother and just out of line

The first time I went here I walked in and then the lady at the front desk handed me a folder and asked if everything looked the same. Well I did not already have a folder due to it being my first time. I looked at the name on the folder and it said "Maria Hernandez" at this point I was beyond offended. This is my first time here. The lady at the front desk didn't say hello or anything. she just asked if everything looked the same. Well just because I am hispanic does not mean my name is automatically Maria Hernandez. When I complained about the rude customer service it was never addressed.

I have went several times here and every time I have great service and very friendly staff. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have had difficulty getting an appointments that work within my schedule too...they seem low on staff a lot. But, I definitely recommend this place to people!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I bought a groupon for a good amount of money. I went to my consultation and set up an appointment. The technichian and the front desk BOTH stated I could ise the groupon for both lower halfs of my legs. Upon showing up for that appointment the front desk woman flat out tells me that is not what I was told and that to do both my lower half of my legs, I would have to spend an additional 135 dollars that day to match the groupon. She flat out told me I was wrong and when she pulled up the groupon to say they were for one "zone", aka one lower leg...it mentioned none of that! Not the groupon or the woman at my consultation said that. So I paid for a pricey groupon just to now not use it and be told I was a liar and they did nothing about this, nor did they seem to care. DO NOT GO HERE.

Love the girls and the facials but have been doing laser hair removal regularly over a year and feel like there has been no improvements.
