Hello Soula! We built The Vitamin Shoppe to provide the best possible service to every customer who walks through our door. We can’t thank you enough for taking the time to share your feedback with us and reminding us why we do what we do.

I went into the store because they sold me a damaged nut butter that I did not realize was open until I took the lid off. The older woman at the register was so rude to me, it made me uncomfortable. They didn't have the product in stock and she told me I had to drive 12 miles west to another store. Then she tried selling me a different product all together (that was more expensive). I ended up just leaving with the damaged product. I most likely will not be back here.

I just wanted to give a follow up response over a week later. I got in touch with customer serve as requested by "The response from the owner." After a trail of very general "I'm sorry" emails from customer service, pretty much nothing was accomplished. They are so robotic with their answers but honestly don't care at all. Unfortunately, The Vitamin Shoppe just lost a long time customer.

I have been a customer for 8 yrs at this location. Every employee has been wonderful until today= the last time I will ever walk into this store. As I finished purchasing my supplements , I asked for a bag. The nice kid named Shane politely explained that now you have to purchase bags. I politely responded back to him with a smile and humor that that’s kinda ridiculous. All of a sudden out of nowhere this snarky , obnoxious, high as a kite manager named JANET screamed and gave me a 3 minute unnecessary lecture how plastic bags are destroying the world. I get it but to throw a tantrum with a grotesque smile on her elderly face was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. I told her to go hug a tree and I walked out. I hope corporate reads this and expels JANET (again high as a kite) from her current position.
