Great service and truly knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes GWagon. Very big job that entailed removing the gas tank to replace the entire fuel pump system. Major savings from dealers estimate and completed the work in less than 48 hours. Outstanding service!

Had a great experience at Boca Auto Tech! Had a problem with my BMW - first brought it to the dealership. Insane amount of money spent and the problem was still there. Sent it back - they couldn’t diagnose it (and started throwing out causes that didn’t make sense).
Brought it here - Mike drove it once and made a correct diagnosis. Dropped it off for 2 hours and it was fixed. At half the cost it would have been from the dealership.
Ellie was straightforward and honest through the estimate process. I was impressed with Boca Tech Auto and wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else from now on!

Elli and Mike have performed a number of extensive repair and maintenance services on my 20 year old Mercedes SL. Their work has been done at a fair price, in a timely manner and well each time. Elli is very upfront about what they can and cannot do and what they recommend. No bait and switch here. I have been very pleased with the services performed and will back in the future for further maintenance and repairs.

I have a old school BMW Z4, the top stopped working and I took the car to this shopping, it could not have been a better place. They kept my car for a day, took pictures and showed me all the options I had. I did not fix the car because I am not willing to expend much money on it for now, but I have never felt so well treated, never dealt with such honesty and good hearted people. Elli and Mike are my go to people now whenever I need any good service and/or honest advice. Excellent customer service Eli and Mike very genuine and professional very accurate explaining the service need it for my BMW and works done great. Every time I get my vehicle back seems to be out of the dealership. I won’t let other mechanic touch my car but only Boca Tech. Very satisfied client.

**** BUYER BEWARE *** Unethical Bait-And-Switch... this shop can't be trusted. Don't waste your time like my dad did. My father drove 30 minutes and had someone follow him to take him home. He called a week ago for a price to replace the valve cover in his BMW. Ellie Weiss called him back and quoted him $810. Weiss told him that the valve cover he was quoting was an aftermarket valve cover with a 2 year warranty. He highly recommended it and claimed it was the same as the BMW valve cover but $200 less. Today, my father called to let him know he was coming. Weiss acted glad he was coming and promised they would have it done by the end of the day tomorrow. My father was shocked, when he arrived and Weiss told him he realized earlier that he misquoted the price and forgot to price in the valve cover. If that isn't a crock, I don't know what is. How do you quote the price of replacing the valve cover and leave out the valve cover? Weiss said he wouldn't honor the original $810 price quote and jacked up the price for the valve cover. Crazy. Plus, if Weiss realized the price was incorrect earlier like he told my dad, why didn't he call. I believe this is how they bait and switch you once you get there try to charm you into paying more. **** BUYER BEWARE **** Unethical business practices. THIS BUSINESS CAN'T BE TRUSTED.

Answer to their answer: My father didn't misunderstand anything. Ellie Weiss quoted the replacement of the valve cover and made a big deal about how the after-market valve cover he quoted had a full 2 year warranty. There was never any quote given on just the gasket. In fact, my father called him specifically for the valve cover and gasket replacement as another shop that he trusted told him specifically not to replace only the gasket. These guys are just total liars. The review I wrote is 100% accurate and the truth. I REPEAT... YOU CAN'T TRUST THIS SHOP'S QUOTES. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
