Good service, nice waiting room while you wait

This was my first visit at this dealership. Zach was my service representative and I was very pleased with my experience. Zach kept me informed of the progress on a very complicated issue with my car. The issue was resolved on time at a reasonable price. Glad I went to Bob Penkhus dealership. My compliments to the Master technician for resolving a very complicated issue. I am an engineer by profession and know when an issue is simple or not. My compliments to the whole penkhus team for the professinalism I experienced.

Bought a 40k vehicle had to waitb5 weeks for repairs lots of communication issues but they finally got their acts together and we're quit accommodating don't know if I'll buy another vehicle there

Nick and Jason were great. Some other employees came and said hi to me very nice and professional environment. I left with 2025 CX5 and I love it. I also spilled lemonade in the car and was cleaned before I left. Great staff and great service.
