I have called this company to transfer my pool solar panels to another side of the house and to get rid of the solar panels that were leaking. They did but broke the aluminum of the side of the roof. The aluminum fell into the screened porch breaking two panels. When I was able to figured out what was that metal thing in my porch I called because of that and because I have a leak coming out of on of the panels. They sent some guy and he said that his boss will be calling me. He never did so I called and he came out with the excuse that it could have been wind that broke the aluminum. That they never set a ladder in the side of the house. Or worked around that area of the roof. That is not true because I just got it fixed and the contractor said that there is no way to put all the solar tubes in that area so close to the edge without using a latter. He never said anything about the leak. They just said that I called 3 months after the work was completed.
Anyway ONE PANEL IS LEAKING . I told the sale man to use the once that were not leaking and and transfer them to another side of the roof. They re installed one of the panels that was leaking. I have a shower coming down from my roof.

Also, I just went up the roof and noticed that they left a lot of the hardware left from the other side of the roof that was used to connect the solar panels into the roof.

I will be contacting BBB and writing a complain.

No sir. You don’t know what are you talking about. I saw that metal in my porch and I couldn’t figure out were it came from. I just had it repaired and the man that fixed it said that the tubes are so close to the edge that there is no way you wouldn’t be having to use a latter. Anyways THE PANELS ARE LEAKING. I told the sale man to take the once that were not leaking and get ride of them. You put the broken once and took the once that were fine. Probably sold them. Come see it by yourself. I have a shower coming down from my roof.

It is unfortunate that the Wind blew out a section of your aluminum fascia causing it to fall into your screen pool enclosure three months after we did work on your roof. The access point where we placed our ladder to work on your roof mounted solar pool panels was nowhere near the location where the fascia blew out. The truth is, we did an awesome job with excellent workmanship on the roof and that our completed work had nothing to do with the aluminum fascia falling off your house.

The service from Bob Heinmiller is just second to none! The folks there have done many jobs for me and my family and the service is always stellar and no job is too small. Thank you.

Very Pleased with how the solar is working. Thank you Mike Lane for getting us thru it. They had great communication and follow-up right until the day that Duke let us flip the switch. We had hiccups with permitting and Duke, but after building our own custom home one finds that the norm, for both Duke and County and not the fault of the installer. We had several quotes with flashy software and all kinds of data, but at the end of the day I got a premium panel and warranty for less money than the ho-hum panels the other guys were offering. I can't stress enough how important doing your homework is on a purchase like this. In the age of the internet there is no excuse for being an uneducated consumer.

I have dealt with lots of service companies but no one has exceeded my expectation like this group, They were always pleasant to deal with and on-time and quality work. I had a small issue after they put my solar panels back on my roof and they quickly took care of the problem to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I have to tell you they were priced right and work fast also to get the job done. They followed up with me not once but twice to make sure I was satisfied. I can not say enough about the outstanding service I received. I count heavy on customer reviews please contact me if you need to hear it from me about the outstanding service these folks do.

I just got a 10kw solar system (Panasonic panels and Solar Edge inverter) and a new hybrid heat pump water heater (Rheem) installed by Bob Heinmiller Solar, and so far everything's working out great. The process started about a month ago when Mike Lane came out to see what my options were for solar. He took his time explaining everything and wasn't pushy, and he also took thorough measurements of the roof while he was there. Over the next few weeks, he was quick to answer all of my questions via email. I had gotten a few other estimates, but some of them were a lot higher and others were using inferior panels. As soon as I decided I wanted to go forward with the solar and water heater, they were out to install the water heater within a few days and they started on the paperwork needed for solar right away. The team then was able to finish installing the panels in under 2 days, which were setup around three different areas of my roof due to the orientation of the different parts of the roof. So far the panels are working great and the water heater is barely using any electricity. Overall I'd definitely recommend them.

I want to share with everyone the excellent service Mike Lane provided. Mike transferred the maintenance of the Solar Panels from a company that went under and also retrieved a part that was under warranty for me to give to the new owners who purchased my house. Mike displayed excellent customer service by responding quickly and keeping me posted.

Being new to the Orlando area, we don't know many people to ask for referrals related to home services. Called Bob Heinmiller Solar based on the good Google ratings (have to start somewhere), and was immediately impressed upon having my call quickly answered.

Even though it was the middle of a busy workday, one of the technicians, Mike, took the time to come on the phone to speak with me about my leaking pool solar panel. When most other companies were too busy to come out in less than a week, Mike was able to fit me into the schedule within days, and at a better diagnostic rate than other companies had offered. After speaking with him for a bit, it was obvious he knew what he was talking about.

On our scheduled date, Mike called to let me know he was on his way, he showed up on time, was completely professional (as well as being an extremely personable guy)... felt totally comfortable having him to our home. He quickly identified the leak, and offered a repair solution that was extremely reasonable... and never tried to up-sell me something we didn't need to fix our small problem, while at the same time offering all repair options, and all associated pricing right up front, leaving it up to us.

No games, no mysteries, just extremely honest, dependable, professional work... all too rare these days. The company also does A/C-HVAC and electrical work... we will definitely be using Bob Heinmiller in the future, even if only (hopefully) for routine maintenance.

And for anyone wondering, no, I did not receive a thing (other than excellent customer service) to result in this glowing review (something I don't usually do)... it was just completely refreshing to have someone show up when they said they would, and do exactly what they said they would do, and at a fair price... all too rare these days. An easy recommendation! Don't hesitate to call... see for yourself!
