Jimmy Gordon was my sales rep and he did a wonderful job. He treated me with respect and not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and he kept in touch with me throughout the year emailing me on occasion vehicles he thought I might be interested in. Finally when I was ready I showed up at their door and spoke with Jimmy. I told him I was there to see what was available. He had a couple of vehicles in mind he wanted to show me but they were being test driven by others. He then brought to my attention the Ecosport of which I was also interested in more so than the others. And was also the right color, black. It was available to test drive too. When I test drove it, I found that I really liked it. It drove just like my Focus. It was easy to handle too. Also not very big or small. Just right for what I was looking for. Once we were back at the dealership I was still apprehensive since I wasn't sure what kind of deal I would get. I was trying to stay within my budget and not go over. His manager came over and spoke to me explaining what my APR would be and since I wanted to stay at a certain monthly payment that was explained to me too and numbers were shown to me as well as how they arrived at these numbers. His manager didn't hesitate one bit to get me the deal I wanted. Both Jimmy and his manager went above and beyond what I expected!! I am very happy with the deal they gave me and totally surprised on what I received for my 2015 Focus trade in as well. I would recommend them 100%.

I had a seamless experience shopping at Sam Leman Ford. It was a joint sales effort from Bob and Mark. I had originally contacted the dealership via phone and spoke with Bob. I made a surprise visit the next day, unscheduled and it was his day off! It ironically was Mark's day off as well, but he stayed and helped me without being put off at all. I was shown a variety of available and in stock vehicles to compare and decided on a new F150 XLT in black. Quite possibly the most smooth and easiest car deal I've ever had. Brent completed my sale in finance and kept the positive energy I had experienced in the previous couple of hours. An A+ experience. Thank you to all involved in getting me in my new truck.

Bob Rowe was so easy to work with...he knew what I needed and what I needed to do to make everything happen. He explained everything step by step. I was a little nervous at first and a little apprehensive but as we talked I started to relax and more at ease. I would recommend Bob Rowe to everyone I know looking for a better car or truck.

Talked with a salesman Jimmy Gordon about purchasing a car here. We talked over a course of 3 days and on the third day we came to a deal that his managers agreed on(I was 2.5 hours away from this dealer. They told me I could leave to come buy the car and as I left I get a text message saying they sold the car. Ill make sure I stay away from these guys from now on.

Hello Tyler, we are sorry you missed out on the vehicle. We are in a very unique time with historically low inventory on hand. The supply and demand crisis has created multiple buyers competing on the same vehicles. This is compounded by our 8 other dealerships who are all vying for the same product. It has led to a policy of selling vehicles to those who physically arrive first at the dealership.
