The service was very good in a time manner and people are very helpful.

We had our grand Cherokee serviced last week and purchased a maintenance contract from another dealer when purchased less than three years ago. The contract is supposed to be honored at all Jeep dealerships, but this one was not able to process and said the contract had expired, which I have since researched and found is erroneous. A frustrating part is that I have been trying to reach the service rep and others and management who worked on this and they have not responded. Efforts to find a management contact have not been successful and would greatly appreciate a phone call about this. At this point, I do not recommend this dealership.

I set an appointment here for a Check Engine light. My service advisor Sara, provided exceptional service. She let me know what to expect and how long it would take to make the necessary repair. She had exceeded my expectations for a busy place because my car was finished sooner than expected thanks to the gentleman at the parts department tracking down the part needed to get it quicker. Also
Sara put me in touch with their Customer Care Reps who helped me obtaining a rental. (It would've been better that they had a loaner but I was told that they didn't have any available). Shout out to the lot attendants for being professional and courteous as they greeted me warmly when I arrived. The team here will be my first choice when it comes to any repairs or service that my Jeep will need in the future.

Danny was exceptional! Communication, straightforwardness and friendly disposition. This guy is your frontline. I had a phantom issue with my Dodge Ram but they took it head on. Thanks to the mechanics. Appreciate Conner as well. As a long time business owner, I know good guys are hard to find. Hang on to these two. Walter

This service department is the best I’ve been to. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. To be offered a Lyft ride to and from the facility is an amazing amenity.
