Nick H took the worry out of my warranty not covering the parts/labor for my 2018 Rogue when check engine light came on 10.2024. I had bought the lease out in Dec 2021 and purchased the 100,000 warranty.Report
*Nick gave me a rental car until we could determine problem
*it took one day from when Hannah, in service, determined
warranty did not cover repair to get me in a dependable vehicle
*offered to buy my car with the repair "on them" and put me in a
new lease at a rate I could afford.
*this exchange took place quickly and efficiently by all players at
BAMM
*here I am, one week later, loving and feeling spoiled in my 2024 Rogue:)
