My salesman was Jacob Cooper. I found him very knowledgeable and helpful, including during my test drive with the Nissan Kicks. Negotiations were smooth and pleasant. I picked a color and trim that was not currently in stock and within a week my car was in your dealership and I was able to go in and conclude the purchase. I had an issue with my tire, and needed it fixed ASAP. I called chase and he told me to bring it right in and that he would take care of me. I know the schedules were booked, and he made the time to make sure I was going to be safe on the roads.Report
