Absolutely atrocious customer service.
I will say they gave me back my deposit.
So they're not entirely despicable. But
I live 6 hours away.

Tried to buy a 2021 SUV for 42,000$.
Everything was approved. Scheduled a time to come and pick it up. On 10-23-24.

There were finance managers, and a salesman named chazz that were acting as if they were dishonest or hiding things about the car.

They never once claimed vehicles were "AS IS" in any of their ads. They do nothing to work with customers or try to build relationships. They only care about making a dollar.

I asked for an oil change. And to have the SUV backseats that were taken out by the previous owner for camping to be reinstalled. I made it a point to say I'm not driving 5.5 hours to buy a car. Unless the seats were put in. And we confirm they work.

They offered me a discount of 200$ and told me to figure it out on my own.

The entire reason I'm buying the vehicle is for my growing family. I need to guarantee the seats work. It's a safety issue. I'm not asking for a turbocharger or new tires and window tint. I'm asking for verification of the most basic function of an SUV. Make sure the back seats work for children.

I'm
Not buying a 40k vehicle. Just to Go to another shop in my town. And have to pay for labor to install seats. Or hope that they didn't lie and the seats were broken. In which I'm paying 1000$ or more to replace seats.

Bottom line. They gave me my money back. But had I not asked the questions that I did ahead of time.

They would have let me drive 300 miles out of my way with a pregnant wife to buy a car. And not help me leave with everything installed. Working properly.

Any group of men who would willingly allow a family to drive off the of the lot without guaranteeing the backseats work for a baby. Isn't someone I would deal with. ( Future buyers beware.)

In my personal opinion, I don't recommend dealing with chazz bush. Or Ethan or Cody. They're the sales managers. They're no better than the salesman they "lead". I use that word loosely. None of them displayed character attributes befitting a leader.

The entire staff seemed crooked to me and they don't care about anyone they do business with. At every single turn they acted as if our money wasn't good enough. And they were hiding information.

I would tread very lightly if you buy a car here. Ask a ton of questions and make sure everything is in writing ahead of time. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Don't waste your time driving to Danville.
Very rude, terrible sales managers. !!!

The service department got me in at my scheduled time and delivered as promised within the scheduled maintenance time. They were courteous, noted my concerns, and addressed them well at the end of the service. My car was delivered back to me in pristine condition and even set back to my desired seat location. Bought my car at BAMM and will definitely continue to use their service location to maintain it. Very pleased all around.
