I am not going to go into details on my experience or situation BUT….Ed should be goated… if you look up going above and beyond on the google you will see a picture of Ed. Normally a gm in most companies could honestly care less… but our friend Ed?? No sir no ma’am. Ed handles business and we are forever grateful… give Ed a raise because he definitely deserves it… And I also have to shoutout Logan… he was one of the most respectful and professional people I talked to during this whole situation..

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!! Please be kind to your customers, we are paying you for your service and the least we expect is a little respect!

I have been getting my car serviced here for almost 4 years now and my experience has always been great, but today the lady at the invoice counter was so terrible and disrespectful towards me that I have decided never to go to this place again! She refused to listen to me, she refused to talk to me and she refused to let me speak. She just didn’t want to accept her mistake for putting in the wrong info in my invoice which I have to submit for my insurance claim. She was not even sorry nor tried to rectify her mistake. She gave me bad attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing and offensive experience today. I hope nobody else has to go through something like this ever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE OR WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!!
I took my car here for an oil change ONE TIME and they messed up the oil filter housing then lied and told me that it was a bad o ring on the filter. They did tow the car back and “fixed” the issue. Now it’s costing me $1600 plus a $200 diagnostic fee to have it fixed at another dealership. I was also quoted over a grand from this location to fix a valve cover issue I didn’t ask to be diagnosed only to find out (from the other dealership) that this issue is covered by a warranty!! They are crooked and try to take advantage of people.
